Clean room, good service, would definitely stay again. Friendly staff. If you have pets, it's pet friendly. If you have pet allergies, they also have a pet-free room or level. Just ask. Very close to several basic dining options, including the PI park inn where locals go (beer & burger place).

Good stay. Hotel lobby on 3rd floor with two levels below and one above. Outside of rooms there is a single bathroom next to employee break room (basically the employee bathroom, gets very frequent use esp during breakfast) and breakfast area which opens directly to front desk. Spend more than a minute or two in there you'll get angry knocks and glares from front desk employees and staff waiting to use the bathroom.

Traveling cross country with my dogs, booked this as a pet friendly hotel. Received text a few days before asking if I needed anything and I reiterated need for a pet friendly room close to an exit. The staff were very friendly and the room provided was right next to a side exit where there was a nice patch of grass as well as poop bags and garbage ! Highly recommend if traveling with pets - the room itself was very comfortable as well.

Surprisingly comfortable beds for the price. It was nice to have breakfast before heading out.

Entrance to the hotel (concrete bridge from parking lot) had long streams of dried liquids someone had spilled, and chews up wooden benches. Uninviting. Bed extremely uncomfortable, I woke up in pain frequently throughout the night (have not had that issue at recent stays elsewhere). Reported the issue after the first night - no solutions offered. Made my stay miserable. Although the bathroom as a whole looked clean, there was a long blonde hair in the bathtub. Reported that as well. Was told “sorry, we’ll tell housekeeping to make sure they don’t leave hairs behind”. I left it there just to see what happened and it was still there after housekeeping left the second morning. After the first night, housekeeping came in with fresh towels (thank you) but just threw the sheets and pillows up on the bed. Why touch it if you are going to do a half-a** job? Why do the plugs next to the bed say “Cell phones only?” Plenty of people need them for things like CPAPs and there are no other plugs to be seen on that side of the room. The room was clean, and other than the very loud heating/cooling unit for the room, it was quiet. I’m leaving exhausted from the bed and didn’t enjoy myself like I usually do at a hotel but there were some positive qualities so between 2 and 3 stars.

For the most part cleaness was a 10 except on the bottom of the night stand was a used Blood sugar test strip The Madison is convenient for any medical appointments when you have to spend the night and are from out of town. Price is right

It was a very comfortable and quiet stay. My only negative impression was the lack of consistency in the messaging from the front desk. For instance, I called the day before my reservation and asked if I could get early check-in because I had an important appointment At 4 PM. A lady said oh no problem. The person at the front desk will just check you in whenever you need to. But when I called about 1:30 on the day of the reservation and said OK, I’m gonna come there by two and check in. The lady acted like that was probably not gonna work unless I wanted to take a room on the first floor and I said that was fine, but she acted like Housekeeping wasn’t ready to handle that. Then on the day of my checkout, I mentioned that I was going to be leaving at 3:30 or four in the morning and what should I do with my card key. The gal at the desk told me that someone is always at the front desk 24 seven and that they will take my key for me. When I got to the front desk at 3:45 in the morning, there was no one at the desk. There was a note saying they were attending to other customers. I waited for about five minutes and no one ever showed up and I didn’t want to delay my departure any further so I just tossed the keys down next to the computer, I wish someone would’ve told me an alternative for if there was no one at the desk - seems like whoever’s at the desk says whatever they feel and not what they’ve all agreed on is policy. Other than that, and was very clean and comfortable.

We like the room and the location. It was quiet enough for a restful night sleep. We like the short hike to the park on Cliff Road to the great view of Spokane. The breakfast venue was too small and it took the staff too long to resupply.

Air conditioning very noisy couldn’t sleep all night, in general this hotel is outdated .Bed is old . Breakfast just like all other hotel offered continental breakfast, I was checking Expedia review before I booked this hotel, this place definitely not rate 8.5, I would rate 6, only thing I wanted give credit is staff are very nice.
