Room is a dated and dark, the pictures look much better than the unit is in person, units need maintenance….. but ok for a quick night stay, if you want a later checkout they will charge 10 euros per hour and there is no leniency on check out time. Also we we’re awoken at 6am by the fire alarm for 10 minutes, I live in the states and I was just getting to sleep a few minutes before due to jet lag, that really was not fun. I wouldn’t stay here again to be honest, not worth the $160 per night

Easy to find and Metro was like 20 seconds walk away from the hotel. Staff were really helpful. Refreshments provided for free which was great.

Hotel is in a great location, metres from a metro station. Hotel itself is a little tired and needs modernising. Room had hairs in the bathroom, stains on the carpet and bathroom very tired - shower over bath from a mixer tape wasn’t great and bath was very slim. I stayed in a room next to the main road and noise throughout the night and morning was horrendous, especially as the road is on a hill which requires cars and motorbikes to rev their engines! Didn’t sleep well at all, not helped by two single mattresses being pushed together to make a double and a couple of lumpy pillows. However, staff were friendly and free tea/coffee/water was a nice touch. Would not stay again though.

Nice hôtel, not far from the dome palais de sport. Very friendly staff and everything you need at a fair price. Easy access to the underground so perfect to explore Paris.

A lovely hotel close to the convention centre in Issy, right on the metro. Friendly and helpful staff.I liked the focus on trying to be environmentally friendly, and room was comfortable and quiet.

Stayed here for 3 nights during a busy season. Good: very close to a subway, even it was the end of a line and it took us about 10 minutes extra, compare to being inside the Paris-ring. Rooms where nice and clean, the bed was comfy and AC worked great. Included in my comfort room with balcony were 5 free sodas in the fridge. That place was as well close to a nice supermarket, which closes at 10pm and sells drinks and snacks to a great price. Staff was super helpfull and nice, but they seemed understaffed, as well, there was every day somebody else working. Bonus - from 2pm til 11pm you get a free coffee (if the machine works) and some snacks. Not that good: The AC blows the air from the bathroom in the sleeping room, which causes sometimes toilett smell. The bath rehab was also done very cheap, means the drain clogs up easy and the shower head was lose. The balcony had two different chairs and some bird poop - not so nice. Carpet could be cleaner,... Overall it was a good stay for the deal I got; room service was good, towels where clean and we got some good rest. Note; check that you get the right room. We where given first the wrong one and moved to another just 5 minutes later. The comfort rooms have a nice balcony and a fridge.

Room was ok. Bathroom would need some improvements: Taking a shower leads to floodings. Breakfast was ok, but overcrowded. Small room with small table of food to pick from. There is one coffee machine and people are standing in lines to get their coffee or tea out of this machine. Parking: You need to be a confident driver to park in the garage. A lift will bring you down to one of the 2 floors of the garage, where you will then need to navigate into your parking spot. The "beeper" (parking support) of the car will not help much in there. We got an extra bed for our 2 years old daughter. I don't remember that we ordered this. We didn't use it but had to pay at the end an extra of 30 EUR per night. To summarize: the stay was according to the prize. Don't expect a palace with super-breakfast for this low price.

It’s a lovely basic hotel with nice simple design. It’s like an “ikea” hotel - clean, functional, nicely designed without frills.

Very happy to have stayed here, very convenient for the Metro and nice local restaurants (recommend Zinc Bar rather than the one on the corner if you get a chance).Françoise was particularly helpful with some changes I had to make to the timings of the bookings. Thanks many times over :)Breakfast was great for us. Only two slight downsides. 1. the accounting system seems to take the staff and customers a long time to pay and generate bills - there was a fair bit of waiting around. 2. on our last day the building opposite was scaffolded so very noisy at the front, felt very early start as working late the night before, it was 7am but still a pain (wonder if this will be a building site for a while ahead).

Breakfast just perfect for me, is a buffet and nicely laid out in the airy garden room. My only criticism is that the accounting / payment system is slow and complicated for their staff so one can end up waiting more than is ideal. It defeated one of the staff when I wanted to roll payments together so I had the slow process 6 x over. Thanks, Paul

Working at Port De Versailles Exhibition Centre - good location

We were there for family holidays and researching the proximity of our family apartment. We know this city well having lived there many years. It is well for going inside Paris rapidly. The rooms are small but well equipped, new and very clean.

This hotel is nice in overall.It is close to the end station of the subway line 12 which passes through most of important sites in Paris.However, it is located in Zone 2, which means you should pay more to use Mobilis.One thing dissatisfied me: one hotel staff locked the hotels main door in nighttime (about 10pm) in one day, so we have to signal a staff to make the door open.
