it was a great staying - too far from certain needs

We only stayed one night as we wanted an hotel near the airport after a late arrival. The lady on reception greeted me by name-we must have been the only guests not to have checked in-and was extremely friendly. It was a bit of a trek to the room with all our cases but I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. It was also incredibly quiet. It was only the next morning that we realised how lovely the view over the pool was and how close we were to the sea. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant very pleasant. We parked on the road just outside the hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, and the pool area and the pool itself were absolutely spotless. We arrived an hour before check in, and were able to go to our rooms straight away one of which had a terrace by the pool. The reception staff and other staff members we encountered were very friendly. However the hotel itself was tired and in need of an upgrade, although it was spotlessly clean, it worked fir what we wanted.

We payed extra for views but once at the hotels they said Views could be anywhere and not meaning sea view which is fun why would anyone pay extra to get inside the hotel view? We had the room 2220 the doors of the bathroom was broken and it didn t close well. They didn't gave use clean towels everyday even after asking and they said they will.. Howewer the room was big and there is all the utilities to cook in the studio, fridge, knives plates etc.

Nice hotel, beds were very comfy, shower was lovely and hot. Nice and clean too but I was disappointed that there was no sofa in the apartment for lounging on. We were only there for 5 days but any longer and it would’ve been annoying.

Great beds, bad internet. Rooms are spacious but furniture is a bit pover. It’s all very noisy and rolling suitcases are a real pain late in the evening.

Hotel was not very updated. Location wasn’t the best either . I would not come back

We enjoyed our all inclusive stay....... Staff were excellent. I would say the food was only average..... For first 4 nights the only meat options for dinner was chicken on the bone in one guise or another or pork...... On the last 2 nights there was steak and a lovely goat stew.... Desserts a little bland..... It was obvious that this menu was compiled on a budget but in my opinion if they spent just a little more on ingredients the overall experience would greatly improve. The pool bar options were very poor.... It seemed the hot dogs and burgers were leftovers in my opinion .... Chips were often reheated..... Entertainment was also poor but the animation team were great, our beds and pillows were so comfortable, overall the hotel is a little tired and a little dirty.... But even for the price it was only an OK experience.

The food is good considering its all inclusive and you can pretty much eat and drink all day. Only downside is the bar shuts at 11pm. All I all a lovely holiday and i would go back.

The hotel was well kept Me and my friend both 20 did find it more a family holiday environment but still had an enjoyable staff Good variety of food and drink Very friendly and funny staff who were very helpful with suggestions of places to see etc Definitely go to the beach and rent a scooter so much fun and free shuttle from the hotel

Overall hotel was great. Greated with a smile on each occasion on dealing with a member of staff. Hotel clean and comfortable. Entertainment a bit limited to be honest. Location is out the way. Drinks are plentiful and food is vast.

Not enough choice of food and food being served was either in conjealed jelly or a sauce. Not enough vegetarian choice. Food was extremely basic

I’m sure people will find things to complain about but for us just the perfect place to have a perfect holiday. Nice selection of food throughout day and great to be given free water also. Pool albeit tad cool great setting.Can’t fault this place excellent value for money.

Stayed here for a family holiday in March, hotel was nice but a little outdated, location was really poor. Food wasn’t really up to much

Food terrible room very out of date said on internet indoor pool there was none. Staff at reception terrible not nice at all internet not working for first 3 days.

Stayed here for one night and moved hotels room was dirty I had asked prior to arriving to have a republished room which I didn’t her on arrival and was told I would have to pay more waited until next day and was told I’d have to wait until 3pm so I check out and went to a different hote as my room was dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there food was not nice on the one evening we were there

Great hotel , highly recommend it - we went to different beaches each day - got local buses everywhere - couldn't fault the hotel apart from maybe location for elder people as it was a 40 min walk to the beach or a free hotel bus (every hour) but for me and my girlfriend it didn't matter we just strolled down in the sun or got a bus to the north or south off island - very cheap option - highly recommend the beach at the sand dunes in the north and morri Jabble south - don't go to cost calma wasn't that good - not much going on just hotels Resturant (el patio) is a must - caste del fuste - great garlic prawns & grilled goat cheese

Lovely short break. Rooms adequate, spacious & comfortable beds. Food adequate but not catered to vegetarians. Wifi inadequate. Staff friendly & helpful. Free bus into Caleta de Fuste as long walk.

Nice hotel but even though there is a shuttle bus we feel you definitely need to hire a car. We shopped around and got a great deal. The hotel itself was nice we were room only and it lacked some basic necessities i.e. Toaster. We would have had to hire toaster, iron, fan etc so we made do

The photographs on Expedia are not representative of the hotel room/condition. The rooms are clean but very basic. the price we paid reflected this however the Expedia site did show the hotel to be heavily discounted from over 2000 to 180 pounds (very late booking), which flavoured are expectation. Did not stay the last night.

Enjoyed our stay at Elba Lucia. All hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms very spacious & spotless regards cleanliness with a regular change of towels & bedding. Pool area lovely, no restrictions regards kids having a good time with lilo s etc & plenty of sun beds. Food very good, you could eat as much as you wanted. Really enjoyed breakfast. Although we were outside the main resort the hotel provided a free shuttle bus which only took at most 10 minutes to reach. My daughter & I really enjoyed our stay at Elba Lucia & would go back again.

Hotel is good located. It is in the midle of Fuerteventura,so you can reach everything fast. It's only 10min from airport if you are going with car. Room was clean, staff very nice. We are very happy. Thanks
