Wszystko. To co rzuca się Najbardziej to przyjazny personel, uśmiechnięty i zawsze porozmawia aż chciałoby się zostać 😍. Strefa dla dzieci, plaża pod nosem również dla małych dzieci bezpiecznie bez fal. Przestronny pokój. Jedzenie wyśmienite. To miejsce ma wyjątkowy klimat właśnie dzięki ludziom tam pracującym którzy wykonują ciężką pracę a mimo to zawsze z uśmiechem na twarzy. Cudowni od recepcji po restaurację. Dowodem na to jest zadowolony 3 latek który chętnie by tam został i bardzo wszystkich polubił. Dziękujemy

All the staff were amazing, pool area was great and definitely recommend upgrading to an ocean view, well worth the money.

It was classy and probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in abroad.

Not enough activities for teenagers.

Service was exceptional. The guys behind the bar made us feel very welcome and accommodated our needs too perfection.

The selection at food at dinner were not up to the usual standard. The cold plates were warm. The quality was fabulous but we expected more options.

Beautiful location, quiet with some shops and restaurants in walking distance. Staff were so friendly and helpful!

Hotel was card only and I’d taken a lot of cash to pay for drinks ect.

Location easy to find, plenty of parking and shops/restaurants close by. Beach immediately accessible from hotel. Choice of food on site and places to grab a drink. Check in v easy and staff attentive. Room service available and prompt response.

Very tired and dated overall. Not 5 star in my opinion. Beds uncomfortable, carpets worn, furniture tired and stained in places. Patio doors very hard to open once closed. Wardrobe doors not closing and tiny ants everywhere. Curtains/nets dated and dirty. Pillow odd mix of flat and lumpy. Breakfast plentiful but not fresh as some reheated for service and cold meats/fruit left out for hours (some from previous day). Pool area sun loungers filthy and dated. Yuck! All this said the big issue here is this hotel is targeting lower budget holiday makers and attracting huge numbers of families with young children. This brings a certain level of noise, behaviour and disturbance... forget trying to relax. I complained to the hotel on the first morning and requested an immediate check out, I was refused and told to take issue with Booking.com to resolve. I spoke with Booking.com and they promised me a response within 48hrs... I heard nothing back! I ended up staying the whole week unhappy and completely unsatisfied. If you really are looking for a relaxing 5 star accommodation then this is not it. This is a dated 3/4 star family hotel with a 5 star past. Also do not count on Booking.com to resolve your issue based on over stating the quality on offer here.
