We were there for a wedding, and they wouldn't let us check in early!!!

Check-in was quick and the woman at the Front Desk was extremely welcoming. That was a surprise as we arrived rather late in the evening. She made us feel right at home and asked if we needed anything to give the front desk a call. I don’t remember her name but you do an ad with her in it, letting all the other hotels know how it’s done!!

Mattress was older and had a sunken are in middle.Not the kind of thing I expect from Hampton in .

The hotel was comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly.I asked for a suite but there are none. Pool was clean and inviting.

Room was not ready at check-in time. 1 hr. 15 minutes late. Explanation was short handed cleaning staff. We had to wait in the lobby. On the plus side the room was excellent and clean. The breakfast, although appreciative of the effort was very low grade food quality. The employees who we interacted with were very polite and friendly. I get sorry for the young lady at the front desk who stayed very pleasant and patient in the face of delayed check-ins and she should be commended.

They allow dogs and you could smell it immediately walking into the room. Other than that clean. Staff freindly. Breakfast wasnt all that great but cereal was decent.

The smell is pretty strong as you walk in (maybe the pool or possibly cleaning detergent odor), but other than that, this property is nice, conveniently located and the staff was welcoming. Many choices for fast & inexpensive meal options nearby.

Did not have room ready when we arrived at 3pm. One of two elevators were not working. Breakfast was warm not hot. There were no glasses or water available except to purchase nor were we given a reason.

Never have i ever stayed at a Hampton Inn like this. The pool seemed busy with lots of kids so we waited until 9pm an hour before closing figuring it would be less busy but locals had taken over the pool with a Bluetooth speaker blasting music, the pool had about 20 people hitting 2 beach balls back and forth from the shallow end to the deep end and occationally it flew out and went in the hot tub. The hot tub was GROSS!!! Even though there was so much bleach in the hot tub my suit was bleached when i got home. The water was grey and kids were jumping in and out. There were several kids who were having a screeming contest because the pool area echoed and parents didnt care. When we mentioned this to one desk person they acted shocked even though you can see the pool and hear the music from the lobby. The desk person the next morning told us "It Happens". While ive seen it at budhet hotels...Not Hampton Inn. All night long doors slaming. It was THE WORST HAMPTON INN!!!!

Love the place

We booked this hotel as part of a baby moon and to use the pool, the pool was disgusting and filled with hair and pieces of garbage which was extremely disappointing as it was the main reason we booked the hotel. Some surfaces in our room were also sticky like a bad cleaning product was used on it.
