Need to fix/update shower fixtures, took awhile to figure out even w the stupid stucker above it and no water pressure. Shower head seems to be extremely calcified. Was told it may be an hour for my room to be ready when it was almost 6pm!? (They did fix that) had no warning that a large group of teens were staying as well, wish hotels.com would disclose this. Wanted some quiet time but all i heard was those kids most of night going up and down hall cause i was near a vending machine i guess? But at least this redroof didnt smell like garbage like the one in Poughkeepsie did so that was good

It's like five star service tucked away clean safe accommodating love my cat and always a good experience 100%. I am so thankful to have found this Red Roof in Clifton Park because it's worth every penny

This place was safe, clean, quiet and had great parking and a super nice staff. The property us dated and the maintenance is poor, sone of the outlets in my room didn't work, there is no elevator for the 2nd floor and teh AC in my room barely worked, also the bed was noisy and hard as a rock. This place could be great but it's just okay, maybe good for an over ight if you don't mind stars, a hard bed and can live without a good working air conditioner. The bathroom was clean but also had some maintenance issues.

Definitely not worth the price. Hotel is run down and in need of updating in general. Continental breakfast with very limited options. Don’t plan to stay here again.

Daniel at check in was a pleasure. The good times ended there. Hallway floors were in need of good clean. No elevators to 2nd floor. In room, the fridge looked like red kool aid or daiquiri mix wasn't cleaned out from who knows when. bathroom was disgusting, dirt in tub , there was a washcloth hanging on shower curtain that had hair and dirt on it remaining from previous guests. Paint above shower and behind door was peeling off/bubbling.
The location was about the only thing worth staying here for definitely NOT worth the cost I paid!

The room was ok but kinda sad looking with water stains on ceiling - I had just enough toilet paper for my 2 night stay and realized there was no extra around but I made it thru my time there. AC was nice as was shower water temp & pressure. There was an issue with the sink drain not emptying smoothly.

I thought I booked a room in a hotel, not a kennel. Two dogs barked and whimpered till oneAM. Compressor on room refrigerator loud and turned on every 20 minutes or so. No carpeting in room. Thought Godzilla was in the room above me. Heard every step he took. Inconsiderate guests slamming room doors throughout the night.

I stayed for one night and there was a dog in the hotel that barked for hours during the night. I got no sleep. Called the front desk and asked for another room but they either did not have one or would not move me. Asked for a refund in the morning and the staff laughed it off

During my stay it was convenient for my stay and reasonable prices the door of my room could be better the bed was adequate I’ve never seen a metal base the mattress was okay

Rm 134 was in disrepair. There was a black stain in yhe upper left corner of the shower and another area near the showerhead where the sheetrock was wet and peeling. The window only locked on the bottom. They moved us immediately to rm 135 which was better however, the cable tv did not work. The staff was able to fix that quickly. Staff were very friendly.

Have stayed here before and stayed here after a day at Saratoga. Place is convenient and clean and there’s plenty of options for food.
My only complaint is that when I went to my room someone was there so had to go back and go through the process of checking in.

Door to our room was broken, room was damp and musty with an old lingering cigarette smoke smell. Bathroom had dripping paint and cracks on walls/ceilings. Photos online are not accurate whatsoever.

The room was just ok. Bathroom fam extremely noisy. The bed made noise like it was going to fall apart every time you moved. We had a late check in and the rug on the steps going to second floor was filthy.

Three times we had to change our room until the room was ok. We were put into a used room. In the other the door couldnt open. The front desk guy did what he could but had to inform us that breakfast is basic with a bagel and fruit because some things are broken for a week. Others complaine also on bed conditions in their room. The font desk guy did everything he could in order to help.

We stayed two night. Room was not cleaned after the first night. Had to ask for towels for the second day. Needs upgrades but was ok, considering we only needed a place to sleep.

I travel with my dog and often stay at Red Roof for the free pet fee. If looking for an economical place that is in a good location with very friendly staff, this one is great! The bed was comfy, the shower hot and the coffee was always fresh.

Bad lighting, noisy all night long and expensive for the lack of quality. ($171). Should be refurbished.

Dead Japanese beetles scattered throughout the room, peeling paint in the shower, window screen broken and held together with tape that long ago deteriorated, dogs barking in the lobby at 11 pm, people filling their coolers with ice at 6:45 am- despite signage not to do so, riding mower started up about 8 am outside our room, flooding it with exhaust, breakfast options pretty meager. Need I say more?

Floors were incredibly dirty. Walls were dirty. Bathroom was beyond its years and needed to be replaced 10 years ago. Hotel needed a good deep clean. Cant wait to get home and take a shower.

Clean, comfortable, dog friendly motel. Front desk agent was courteous. Nice grassy area to walk dog and pet bag dispenser was appreciated. Room was spacious with good ac and comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again with my pup.

Run down, the “breakfast” consisted of a waffle maker and bagels, curtains didn’t block any light. Not worth the money paid.
