Everything is good enough for vacationers. services are available once request and so friendly. Comment: Transportation from and to the airport should let customer know or confirm in advance the schedule. So is the tour.

Entertainment was great. Loved the day and evening Entertainment. Nice, affordable and relaxing resort.

The food was awful the sheets on the bed were dirty the settee had on dirt stains that was obvious

Decameron hotel is great! Peter the Food & beverage manager made our stay very memorable! My mom had a birthday and he made her feel like a queen on her day! He is an asset to Decameron for sure. Also big up to rose in housekeeping and Johnson the bell man (my name sake who is always smiling ☺) for their warm personality and willingness to help. Please note Decameron that these 3 staff members are representing the hotel like champs 🏆! The entertainment at Decameron is the best ive ever seen and ive been to a few other hotels. 10/10 stars for the entertainment ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The scenery was beautiful The food could of been authentic.

Greatest of weekend ever

My stay was awesome, the staff was lovely, they met your every need, the lady named Amoy at the front desk was amazing. Everything was clean and each night brings in different entertainment. I enjoyed every moment.

My family and I became very paranoid and felt unsafe after an incident with a waiter who asked my daughter if she could give them sex in response to asking for the use of a microwave. The bathroom had poor drainage and was not fixed till our last night of stay after making a complaint from day 1. Even then the issue was still not resolved. The workers do not exercise any good mannerism; no good morning or good evening, no enjoy your meal or stay. My son had to ask for water at dinner after seeing others served without asking. We could not turn on the fan because it was dirty, and though we asked for it to be cleaned, it was never done. They split shower curtains in two to service rooms and hence the bathroom is always getting wet after every shower. Overall this experience was very distasteful and heartbreaking. I wanted to take my kids out to where I am from and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The only decent thing was the entertainment. We will never go back there again nor will I be recommending it to anyone. Be on the look out for tags and mentions about your worker and proof of his nasty behavior to my daughter. Very heartbreaking. Do better!!!

Overall a great stay! This is a nice all inclusive if you are planning a party trip or lots of off site activities, the cottages were nice and quaint, food was mostly in the main dining room but had lots of options and tasted delicious! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Only negative was room service didn’t come much, even after we asked them to or called for missing items.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and professional. the hotel rooms are badly in need of renovations. if that's done the grew will definitely return.

Overall it was very good my only draw back was the bathroom with shower curtain and bath floor was to clean bath needs to be repalaced bathroom needs to upgrade

I wish there was a way to tip the staff as a group. There were different staff waiting on us daily and it’s hard for one person to tip everyone. With that being said, I think if group tips were given there might be better service. I am not sure. The main lack in service came from each dining room experience. You had to track someone down to clear a table to sit at and wait for silverware to eat. The same thing happened if you wanted water or something to drink. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall it wasn’t horrible. I just wanted better service. The hotel is on the beach. It’s never ending cheap alcohol and entertainment at 8. The rooms were ok, but who stays in the room on the beach. If you are looking for a fun cheap experience, this is the place. You get what you pay for!

Hot water did not work the entire stay. They sent someone to fix it but it never worked… food options we limited and not tasty.

Had a few issues called for helped and no one came. Toilet had issues with flushing also.

Staff at check-in were excellent. One or two staff members at the grill did not display a welcoming attitude. Beach staff were great. The room and service were excellent except for the fact that the telephone extension did not seem to work. I also accidentally left my phone underneath the comforter. It was immediately taken to the front desk and logged appropriately and was collected with ease.

It's not what I expected the property needs alot of work

It was quite a relaxing experience, the staff was courteous and allowed you to enjoy your stay. I would definitely go back for a next vacation there.

This is the worse place i ever stayed at book 5 night stayed 6 hours, rooms are like a seen in a horror movie no parking food is uneatable staff trying their best with limited resources check in late nights was gone in the morning.

The property was nice overall but we did have bed bugs in our room and it wasn't the clean the staff did upgrade us to a better room.

The price was ideal for an extended. One observation is that toiletries in the rooms were sparse compared to the previous visits. The used towels in the bathroom were not changed for the longest day of our stay. Overall, with the needed renovations and a return to some services that have been scaled back, the hotel can be recommended.

My only complaint is the food could of been better but overall it was nice place.!!
