Another great stay at the Earl and they even found me a room with an opening window to help with the menopause! I find all the staff at this hotel friendly and the breakfast is better than anywhere else i stay. Keep up the great work :)

Communal areas of Art Deco very nice and quirky. Room very nice, understated compared to communal areas. Hotel seemed a bit neglected, stairs were dirty, tables were not cleaned well, breakfast and dinner ok

The air-con was on full blast in yhe bar area and dinning area when it was only 20 degrees out-side..The hotel was cold. The old bed witth a thin hard mattress easulted in a restless night. The stairs carpet looked a mess and covered debtis. A poor choice of hotel for a relaxing evening.

Great aesthetics and first impression, we booked a family room for 2 nights last minute and it was perfect for our needs, very clean & spacious would definitely return and recommend highly to anyone.

The lobby was beautiful and unique. The staff we interacted with were very polite, professional & helpful. The room was clean and looked good upon entry. After being in for a while, we noticed dirty windows, holes in the carpet & ripped furniture. I also seen a bit of mould in the shower. The information on the restaurant/cafe and food all varied, one menu said it shut around 5pm, another said 9pm. Although the food we did receive was nice, the menu was quite limited. The tv signal was very patchy and around 10pm or so, we lost signal completely which did not come back on until the next morning. The same happened on the second night. I also spent most of the weekend using mobile data as the internet was patchy too, although it said I had full bars. Upon return to the room on the second night, we found that although the room had been tidied, it had not been replenished of toilet rolls, tissue (which we only had 4 in the tissue box to start off with) or shower gel.

Room although on first appearance looked ok,walls marked,torn wallpaper stained carper and a very noisy fan in toilet.Fan possibly broke and reported to reception on checkout.Detracted from our sleep.Wedding when checking in made manouvering our luggage awkward.I

Genuinely I stay in a lot of 5* hotels the world over, this however surprised me. It was actually everything it was advertised to be, and in Doncaster of all places. Wouldn’t be out of place in central London, wonderful stay.

This is an exceptional hotel, stunning decor inside. I had a business room which was nice and big with Air con. The only let down was the TV and pillows. TV was very old and could take my Amazon stock I take with me, and no choice of pillows. I tend to like feather ones as I have these at home

A great snazzy hotel, clean and friendly staff, ample parking and free bottled water for residents

Decided to self-quarantine for a mild case of Covid. Very comfortable place to do so. Great full breakfast at restaurant & as room service.

Its a great hotel to use as a base for the races. only a 10 minute walk. Close to town as well. Room was all we needed, clean and in a good state of repair.

This is a great hotel, with great staff. The menu could do with being refreshed occasionally.
