Second time visiting drink machine was down again during breakfast

The staff made stay as good as it was, so friendly and accommodating to all our needs.

Loved everything about it except the sound. At 3 a.m. the people in the door next to ours were talking and it sounded like they were in the room with us. I don't understand why hotels skimp so much on sound proofing.

Easy and fast check-in, pet friendly, clean, awesome friendly staff and amenities with Dove hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, super comfy beds and pillows, great breakfast with many selections from eggs to muffins and more.

I loved this stay. The beds and pillows are always so comfortable, the staff is awesome and not in my face, and it’s pretty quiet but close to everything. My only complaint is the picture sold me on the jets, and it was a basic tub with hand rails which didn’t make it worth the risk for my wheelchaired companion. Oh, and don’t sleep in for breakfast. The toilet didn’t fill up and had to fix the water closet. The shower head is broken and wouldn’t stay up. (They put us in the handicap suite even tho no one was handicap in our family.

Everything was fine, but washing machine was broken. Other than that, it was a good value. Great breakfast!

The room looked kind of old. The bed and couch were hard. The walls are super thin so heard stomping around literally all night.. probably wont be back ever

In town for one night. Chose this site for the proximity to our activity. When first walked in the lobby was met by the smell of marijuana. Commented on this to the desk clerk , she didn’t seem interested. On the way to the elevator the odor increased. Our impression was that the workers were well aware of this and it was ‘normal’ for them. Our room was not affected , but the hallways and elevator has this odor. We will not stay at this site again.

The beds were comfortable & breakfast choices were fine. For two nights, loud pounding from the room above us kept us from sleeping - and actions taken by the front desk did not change the situation. The back door did not latch, making use of a key-card un-necessary. And on our last day, a broken lock on our room door locked us out for a period, delaying our departure.

New building in recently built area. Great walking to nice mall and a big Harris Teeter!

The staff were all very professional and courteous. The room was clean and cozy, I really enjoyed our stay.

This was my second stay here and this trip was not the best. There was smoking in the rooms, you could smell in the hallways. In my room #216 the plug where the coffee pot was did not work, so there was no access to microwave or fridge, coffee pot had to be moved in the room. The room stunk beyond what I could describe. For 369.00 plus I expected far better and needless to say, I will not be using this hotel again. If you are going to use as an extended stay for construction workers then take off the market for regular rooms.

Great stay/ very nice staff

Great location that is quiet, secluded, and safe but very close to everything. The rooms were large and very clean.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Managed well. Pool was super clean and temperature was refreshing. A lot of options for breakfast and was very good. I would suggest having a dark roast coffee option too. But the regular coffee wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall the property was very nice! The staff were super friendly and the room was soooo clean (normally I wipe it down with Lysol anyway and these room had no residue). Honestly the only real complaints I have are the noise from the AC. It was so loud I just got tired of it and cut it off because I had a headache. It did get warm in the room though but the sound was really just too much. Also you can literally hear every door slam in the hallway and even above you. Idk if they need to put something at the bottom of the doors to help sound proof the rooms better or put something on the hinges to keep it from slamming and being loud but something has to happen. sleeping in is definitely not an option as you’ll hear all of the doors slam due to breakfast and checkout hours. I was kinda sour about that. But as far as noise level etc it is so quiet and tucked off in the back. I May book again but the AC and door noises would definitely have to be fixed.

I stayed for 4 nights. My room was only cleaned once - and I don’t mean a deep cleaning. I mean that the staff didn’t pick up dirty towels, bring clean towels, or take out the trash. When I told the staff, the lady at the front desk said she would have housekeeping come by the next day. That was no help to me. This resulted in running out of tissue and toilet paper. I had to call down to the desk for towels on multiple occasions because the towels weren’t refreshed and I always had to come down to the desk, they never brought the towels up to me. The tub was draining slow and it took me talking to 3 different employees to get it resolved. The staff does the least. They might say sorry when you have a problem but they don’t move to resolve it. Even the general manager never apologized and could’ve cared less. She clearly has no authority because the problems continued during the whole stay.

Awful smell in the room. Once you go inside the room, it smelled molds or the A/c filter needs to be changed. I don’t know if its the floor carpet or the A/C but it smelled terrible. The tub was clogged. The towels were awful too. 😣
