We had a dead cockroach in the bathtub and when we mentioned it we were told it was a water bug and given a can of raid to use on any others we see. Very disappointing.

We were only there for one night, but was pleasantly surprised withour stay. The young ladies who checked us in were friendly. The decor and lounge area was beautiful. They had an outdoor fire pit, a pool table and a little snack store that is open 24 hours. The room, was exceptionally clean, cool and comfortable. I didnt ecpect all of this for such a great price. I will book with Tru for all my other hoyel needs if available from now on.

Stay was nice. Except for night staff, on August 6th, calling the room at 11:00pm, then again at 11:30pm, to discuss room situation, for the night of August 7th. It definitely could have waited until morning.

Clean modern hotel, but some of the fixtures of the bath were loose or hanging off, water pressure is not very good. The walls are incredibly thin. The guests above us were stomping until midnight keeping my kids awake, so not a very restful sleep. The pool was nice, and breakfast was decent.

Immaculate. Supreme customer service. The general manager was attentive and personalable. As i checked in, i noticed that he made sure the property was in peefect condition.

I was there for a four day stay with. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The reception staff as well as the cleaning staff were friendly and eager to help. The hotel was extremely clean. We enjoyed our breakfast/pool and outdoor space. The indoor seating area was fun and cozy. They are conveniently close to the highway and shopping areas/restaurants. I'd stay here again and highly recommend them! Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful and very modern. It was clean and quiet with great amenities. The only disappointments were by staff. A request to come in and repair wall paper in the bathroom during the two day stay was unnecessary. Also, the interruption on the morning of check out by maid service three hours before checkout- despite a do not disturb sign on the door.

This hotel is a prime example of why this is my favorite chain to stay at. Beyond five stars if I could award more. There’s nothing here short of exceptional. Thanks for the best stay of my entire ten day trip up and down the east coast from Florida to upstate New York.

VERY Excellent, had an amazing stay the front desk staff members are very friendly. Room was very clean & smelled good. Showers are nice & bed is very comfortable. The price wasn’t bad I’d definitely stay again. Area was very safe !
