From the moment we arrived the cleanest, decorations and extraordinary smell of the lobby make you get in love with the place. The front desk personnel are extraordinary, the way they welcome you, and take the time to explain everything about the hotel is unbelievable. They took the time to give us recommendations of restaurants, places to see, how to take trips to the lake , or found a great spa for a good massage. The breakfast is delicious, every day we found delicious food, so many dishes to choose or able to try everything. The employees are always taking care the customers, keeping the place implacable and no matter how busy they are, always smiling and making sure you are taking care of.

Great stay. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the annex building. We were in the Guiliette suite. It was very spacious and quiet. There are a flight of stairs leading up to space so may not be best for those with mobility issues. Hotel is within walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay again on future visits to Verona.

We stayed at the hotel for one night when going to the Opera, the location could not be more convenient for the Arena and the old town. The breakfast was great, the room was very small but we weren't going to spend much time there so it was perfect. Having gym facilities was an added bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Giulietta e Romeo. The hotel is in the ideal location, within walking distance of beautiful Verona and many good restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The air conditioning in our room was very good, cooling the room to the perfect temperature for sleep. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we have had in Italy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Giulietta and Romeo. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Verona! The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service from the staff was great as they really helped us as our car had broken down. The gym and the facilities were also great. For thé staff to fix a wine bottle which was included at our arrival. Ínstelas we hot the wine and the glasses in the check in!
We weyes tired a d has 3 suit ases to carry, we did get the help or the right welcome service as d’Houle be.
The triple room was not so big, it was quiet small and no Space for our bagage.

A great little hotel near to all the sites in Verona.
Easy walk to train station and only metres away from Arena di Verona. We were fortunate enough to go to the opera, so it made it super easy to get there and then wander home after the show.

Lovely hotel and very nice staff. We stayed for 1 night, and wished we could stay longer. The hotel is clean well equipped, and very convenient for everything in the center of Verona. The added benefit of having valet parking was amazing (it just took us a minute to find the hotel as our cars GPS did not recognize all the one way streets). Would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit all the main attractions in Verona.

The breakfast buffet was large and included some American fare. The location was very close to the Arena and a major bus stop connecting you to the main train station.
