Great room and view was lovely, pillows could have been full size considering it was a king bed, pillows were very small. Parking is $50/night which seems pretty steep and not advertised online. Otherwise good!

The view from our room was wonderful. We did not really have room service during our stay, but it really did not bother us as we were first given a free upgrade, and we already had extra towels. So the privacy was worth it. We enjoyed and would stay again

Did not have outlets by the beds, brought a heating pad for pain and couldn’t use it. Was woken up at 830 by VERY loud drilling and nailing directly above our bed. Have to rush to get ready and check out because it’s constant drilling. Hotel was close to everything we wanted to do though but the room could deff be updated

The view is spectacular, Parking is way too expensive ($60 per night). You can find parking on the next door for around half the price. There is no housecleaning / room service. There are no micro-oven in the room. You have to use the lobby to heat your meal.

The room was very dated and the toilet needs replaced desperately. I had to fix it to flush. Need to remove the wall that is between the sink and toilet
Who wants to touch door knobs before washing your hands. Makes no sense

They did not bother to come a clean up or remake the rooms even if you have more than one night stay.
Some reception staffs are rude.

No internet service for the second time. Network continued to be unavailable . Drain issues within sink, unpleasant sent in drain, malfunctioning toilet when flushing . Toilet needed to be flushed several times

We enjoyed our stay at the Oaks, we chose a room with the falls view, we loved it. It was a beautiful scenery. Good location.
The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, cozy, the staff at the front desk is kind, our check-in was fast and easy.
The parking is convenient, a bit pricey, but it is like that almost everywhere in the city center.

Upon entering the lobby, I was slightly optimistic about my choice to stay here. The front desk receptionist was very difficult to understand but was helpful. The one very positive thing about our room was the view! Stunning! everything else was not very nice, from wallpaper peeling, to outdated, worn rug. Unfortunately, as I woke up, I found several bed bugs on my pillow. That immediately made my heart sink. The manager was unhelpful and I am in the process of contacting her boss. Very disappointed in my experience.

Check in was smooth. Beds looked like they had been slept in - wrinkled sheets, poorly made but very comfortable. Hallway rugs are drab and dated.but view was wonderful of the falls as they had upgraded us to a suite. Overall a pleasant stay.

the view of both falls was great. I stayed on 11th floor, I could see both fall, but if possible, the higher floor will give you a better view without the tree's intervention.

The stay and the room were fine, the negative thing was that at 4am the room next door started a party and no one ever came to tell them that they would let the other guests sleep.

Cleanliness was very good. Room lighting poor. Coupon was given for Applebee's , you would be best to disassociate yourself with that location. Poor value and poor quality.

The place was a motel that is not attached to the hotel. There is no swimming pool, or gym unless you want to go out and walk in cold outside to the hotel. There is no room service for guests staying more than a night in this part. BUT they charged a hotel rate and a $16.95 service fees!!

The hotel upgraded us to a junior sweet and the room was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the falls.

The hotel is dated. Bathroom/shower in desperate need of an update. Rest of hotel looks like it’s the original decor. Sign on bathroom window said that the hotel does not freshen up room if stating multiple days. I stayed 2 nights and had to call front desk for more towels.

Parking was $60 per night, and the “river” view (of the parking lot) was so lame we just kept the curtains closed the whole time. The hot tub in the room was cool though. Aside from that the hotel was mid. The staff was really great and professional though. It’s really just an over priced budget hotel next to a lot of nicer hotels.
