location was great near the falls.

The parking was not so great

They charged us more than quoted, couldn't check in until 4pm. We had to leave early, 5am next day due to family crisis at home.

Shower seal was broke...no keurig machine in room. Bathroom was very small

the location

air conditioner was making loud sounds throughout the stay. we requested a late checkout at 12pm but on the day of our checkout they kept knocking our door since 9am. we had a one day trip to Niagara and this one day was full of outdoor activities. hence, we were very tired on our checkout day but they didn’t let us take proper rest.

The location

I wouldnt say It was clean, there were stains all over the bed.. Hairs on the bathroom floor, and saw couple of bugs

The hotel is located 1 block from the Niagara Falls State Park, and just around the corner from a bunch of food trucks serving a great variety of cuisines, and right in downtown Niagara Falls. It's 3 blocks away from the US Canada border. They do have an indoor pool which we decided not to use (murky water), and a jacuzzi that was tepid. The staff was very helpful, professional and attentive.

The property was relatively clean, but just old and has not been updated. The hallways are dimly lit, the elevators smelled of engine oil and worse, the indoor pool water was murky and you couldn't see the bottom, so definitely not welcoming for a swim.

Location to Niagara Falls.

The pictures were very misleading! Room was not clean. The room next to us clearly had a significant water leak. We could hear fans running all night, long from within the room, the door to the room next to us had towels shoved under it to keep the water from spreading, and the carpet along the adjoining wall was wet from water seeping through.

Happy and friendly staff, clean room, great location, fast check in even after requesting an early check in.

Jacuzzi button is broken. Very noisy at night due to loud doors and thin walls. Woken up multiple times by noise in corridor and slamming doors, and I’m a very heavy sleeper.

Location for event at the Expo Center was excellent. Easy check in and check out. Price was very good, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Facilities somewhat outdated, but clean and comfortable. A better in-house restaurant would have been nice.

This hotel was really great value, and literally a 5 min walk into the Niagara Falls national park, which was the reason I was there! I only stayed one night, getting in really late & leaving bright & early, so honestly I didn't spend much time at the hotel. The breakfast was much appreciated (I think they described it as "continental" but there was cereal, and porridge, and bagels & muffins, and like a waffle machine, so it was definitely more than I was expecting!!). The room itself was simple but seemed mostly clean & did the job!

The hotel's a little bit tatty, but it was such good value that I couldn'tve expected more. The bathroom in the room was definitely a bit dated - didn't feel dirty, but maybe a bit faded/tired and not shining-clean. The room was pretty chilly (my fault for not sticking the heater on before I went to bed... in northern NY state... in January... facepalm.) and the heater was noisy but again did the job once I switched it on. Final top tip (unrelated to the hotel): I got the train into Niagara Falls, and though the station should only be about 40 mins walk away, when it's snowy they don't clear the pavements & it's really not a very walkable city (very major-roady), so recommend getting a taxi!!

There was nothing much in breakfast, please don’t get excited when it says breakfast included in room better take something or buy it from outside.

The behavior of staff need to be change or staff itself. They need to learn hospitality as we were from UAE and knows well how the hotel take care of the guest. Concern should take care of my comments.
