Ein sehr grosses Hotel und Casino. Man bekommt ein wenig Las Vegas-Feeling, wenn man durchgeht. Wir hatten bei der Buchung den Wunsch geäußert, ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen zu bekommen und dieser wurde mehr als erfüllt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der höchsten Etage, der 26sten. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bad auch. Schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ausblick war der Hammer, da bodentiefe Verglasung über die gesamte Fensterfront. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Blick auf die Niagarafälle und Kanada. Das war mega! Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es ist ruhig im Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Top!
Wäre schön, wenn man in dem Hotel, bei dem Preis, den man bezahlt, ein Frühstück anbieten würde.

El servicio de los empleados, el personal no se esmera por explicar bien y si no te entiende se molesta. Sobre todo las dos rubias que nos atendieron en el check out. The employees were very unfriendly. They don’t interest in explaining clear some questions that I had about my bill, and they were upset because I couldn’t understand them.

Good location if you are going to Niagara Falls. You could see the falls from the room. Having the casino downstairs was great for on-site entertainment and there was a 24 hour shop onsite. Pool and fitness center were large and relatively up to date.
Cleanliness was questionable. Found hair on table while dining. Saw a few cobwebs in high up spaces. Pool and fitness center were large and relatively up to date. Terribly slow and hard to use elevator (the card reader required to push a button did not work half of the time).

I love the casino in general it feels very cozy was inside and settled. The rooms could be updated but overall the hotel is nice. I also loved that room service was an option and the food was actually good.
The parking sucks but at least free parking is an option.

The view was fantastic.
The room was cleanish. We had to ask housekeeping for new towels by the 2nd day. Housekeeping didn't come by at all during our stay. The jacuzzi had broken knobs and missing pieces on the jets. For over $200 a night having water damage warping to things not close to the jacuzzi isn't reassuring.

Casino was good lots of machines . Bar in and out of casino staff were very friendly . I found old sandwiches in our fridge and a face cloth in my bed 😳

I loved that the hotel was right by the border as we were visiting from Canada. It was lively and beautifully kept. Very spacious parking lot and lots to do on site, it seemed. My friend and I stayed for a night celebrating her birthday and were very comfortable for the time. We wish we could have stayed longer.
The check-in time took longer than it should have. The evening staff was a bit nicer than the morning staff. The morning staff was very non-personable and grumpy.

Large resort/casino with just about everything. Rooms are comfy and well appointed. Staff in hotel and casino are great. They are added value to the enjoyment of your stay. Pool area is large and very clean. A place with lots of fun.
Restaurants are not all open during week stays.

Location of hotel was 15 minutes walk from Niagara falls park so no need to drive there.
Most of the restaurants were closed on Wednesdays so the ones which were open were very busy

It was clean and bed comfortable. It had a good view. The staff was friendly.
They would have charged us for "complimentary " water. Those 2 bottles ahould have been free when it says complimentary but there was a cost for them. How are you supposed to make the complimentary coffee without water. Luckily we brought our own. Also the coffee was terrible. They only had 2 sets of towels in our room with 2 queen beds. We had 3 people. We didn't like that the Cafe was on the other side of the casino. We had a 15 year old and had to get a pass just to cross through the casino. The room rate was a bit expensive

Room was big and the two beds were amazing and comfortable. The view was great but the façade was not clean enough to enjoy it. Casino and restaurants were fun. The falls are accessible in walking distance.

The room was wonderful. Also, housekeeping was very helpful when I called because I left something in my room after checking out.
The lady that checks us in was not that friendly. We were at the Steakhouse Restaurant and our Prime Rib we ordered was over done and was very tough. Not good for a 4-5 star restaurant. Also the breakfast buffet was very bland.
