Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, clean room, comfy bed. Check-in was aggravating because there is no credit card reader so clerk has to manually enter credit cards, and arrivals after 2am risk room cancellation due to night audit software glitch - even when the room is prepaid. Sigh.....

Very friendly staff. They were able to recommend a great family owned Mexican restaurant next door and were courteous and helpful when we were trying to decide on our breakfast choices. Very firm mattress so some people may not like that. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights on the second floor. Our neighbors were so loud and were smoking in their room which was very easy to smell in our room. The bed was hard and the pillows hurt our necks. The bathroom had stains on the walls and missing drywall.

Overall the stay was pleasant. The dining area is extremely cramped but it is the fault of building design.

Nicest Super 8 I've ever stayed in. It even has a sauna! Staff is very helpful and friendly, hotel is reasonably priced, and they are very dog friendly. What more could I want?

A quick drive to the historical sites

Towel availability was irritating. You should follow the general hotel rule, towels on the rack, I'll keep using them, and towels on the floor, please provide new towels. I didn't like the 3 day rule, and then we had to call for them or go to the desk for clean towels. On our 3rd night there when we came back to our room, there was a note in our door saying sorry they weren't able to clean our room. We were out for the day by 9:30 a.m. We had dirty towels that we had to leave on the floor, and then we had to ask at the desk for more. We didn't see one maid there at work during our whole stay.

Hotel was clean. Mattress was very comfortable. Could use new pillows; carpet needs a cleaning. Very convenient location.

It was okay. Staff was great and friendly. Pool area and temps were warm/hot, though you did have to ask for towels. Plenty of tv stations.
Room was okay. Beds were Full Size and very firm, but we made it work, but a queen would be nice. Pillows were hard.
Breakfast area is cramped when it gets busy. The breakfast itself was decent, a normal hotel breakfast.

Everything was great but the room was pretty small and the water pressure in the shower was a joke. Please ditch the eco shower heads.

The rooms are basic but seem clean. The shower was a bit slippery and with a broken arm I was terrified of falling. May need to put down slip stickers. The breakfast was not good at all. The sausage gravy was basic canned stuff. The sausage links were the cheapest horrible crap you could get. At least get a descent sausage. I found out the ice machine was moved up stairs due to noise. This makes no sense, the noise dont move with the machine? I requested a down stairs room due to disability and now I have to go upstairs to get ice every day. The hallway smelled like Pot.

Our overall stay was ok, the checkin agent was not welcoming and almost scary upon arrival. Very hard beds in a very small room.

We love staying here when we're in Sault ste Marie Michigan. We come to visit family and bring our two little dogs. Hotel is very fancy for a Super 8. It even has a sauna! Very clean, very friendly desk staff, and excellent breakfast. We will keep staying here on future trips for sure. A special shout out to Stephanie for holding out room this last time because we arrived so late, thank you!
