The fact they don't update their site to show their pool is closed. They wouldnt discount the room or upgrade for less than double the price.

Hotel was clean, and overall a great value for the price. Rooms were large and beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast options were small, but adequate.

Staff was extremely frustrating. The front desk was being staffed by a housekeeper that did not know how to check me in when I got there. Had to call her manager to get us checked in. Then, messed up and forgot to charge me and had to call my room to have me come down and pay for the room. It turned out that they actually double-charged me and I they didn't even realize it until I asked them for a receipt which showed it. They refunded me for the double charge. Then, the next day, I was chatting with the lady at the front desk and she told me they might have to charge me more because they forgot to include the tax. I showed her my booking.com confirmation which showed the tax was already included in the charge. Apparently, the information they received from booking.com didn't show that. She told me that it had not been charged yet and not to worry about it. After leaving, I checked my credit card and saw a charge for the tax. I immediately called and talked to the same lady and she apologized and said she would take care of it. A few days later, no change, called again and got the manager. She said she would look into it--that was the best she could give me. I ended up having to call my credit card company to have the charge disputed and canceled. I won't be coming back to this hotel ever.
