So close to Cavill Avenue and the beach and accommodation was so comfortable and beautiful view of the beach.

Close to everything, it's in the centre of Surfers! Staff were great and the units are equipped well and very clean.

The place was really nice,quiet, and the view from the balcony was really amazing. Me and my daughters had a great day of staying in the hotel. Feels like I'm in my home. I will definitely go back to this hotel/apartment.

Enjoyable enough. Apartment was clean. Although, for a ten day stay we had to request more toilet paper, washing detergent, towels etc. The portable cot was not in our room upon arrival. This was delivered after our arrival for us to set up. Minimal condensation on the floor this time, my 2.5 yr old only slipped over once. Yes I’m being sarcastic. This problem really needs to be fixed. Great location and the pool is amazing.

I love the facility of pool is has and the location of aparments but the room facilities had not been changed in months or years , the washing powder was hard the dishwashing liquid was dried up and couldn’t be used I only received two towels not even an extra for my child , and you can not confirm an early or late check in until day before leaving you stressing as to what you will do once arriving or leaving the holidays

Our accomodation was terrible and very tired was in desperate need of an update. when to reception and said about all the damaged furniture storage and headboard main bedroom, we were advised we should have booked a supierior appaprtment if we wanted a renovated apparement. expedia did not state this and i was under the impression that I had booked a 4 star apartment and got a 2 & 1/2 star. really dissapointed

Stil I'm waiting for the 200Au security return in my account, First off all you have to change the timing for check out as per your rules 10 am is too early At least it should be 12 noon and refilling of Soaps and shampoos should be on customers request. Aircondition in bedroom is not working even i cmplent he same one person came to check the problem he said we will repair on next morning but nobody is bothered any way, I'm not recomend to anyone to stayin this apartment.

Badly in need of renovations! Many broken tiles with sharp edges, broken washing machine, dirty glasses and dishes, dirty tapware etc. Location great!

This place is clean comfy and friendly I won’t look anywhere else only problem is the car park the people who live there think they own the carpark and if your given a carpark they park there and have their no parking park it annoying

We recently stayed in Ballah with our 21 month old. We were on one of the upper levels in a 2 bedroom apartment. Upon arrival, my 21 month walked in and fell over. We then discovered the tiled floors were saturated with water. We assumed the floors had just been mopped. How wrong were we! Turns out the air conditioner was producing massive amounts of moisture / ice, YES ICE on the tiled floors in the bathroom, ensuite and hallway. We tried unsuccessfully to dry the floors daily with towels, in between our toddler taking many falls. You could actually see where the water had been running down the walls and the mould on the silver picture frames was disgusting. We approached management about this and were told that yeah some apartments have that problem and some have rubber mats on the floors to stop people slipping over. Management did not seem interested. We were utterly disgusted with managements attitude and are contemplating taking this further. Lift your game and get the owners of such apartments to fix these problems. Owners may want to clean up their drinking glasses too, breast hand painted glasses? Really???

It was a great hotel- well positions around essentials. Overall great experience

Great room great view would stay there again

We checked into our apartment and the facilities looked nice and clean. We entered our room and were pleased and then we started to look closer. There were lights that were not working (that took 2 days to fix - and we found out there was no lightbulb in), we were only given 1 key and after requesting a second key we were not given until the final day of our visit - very inconvenient. The staff were not the most helpful, and did not help in making my stay the best it could have been.

It was a beautiful room, a little to high for me, I like to be on 10 and down. The cleaners don't do a great job especially in the bathroom and kitchen the oven was discussing. Other then that it was good.

Central above shopping centre on Cavil Avenue. Sea views & opposite the beach.This is our third holiday in these apartments. The first stay was in a tired apartment, but last 2 have been in renovated ones. Excellent location with lovely pool & BBQ area.

Clean and tidy room. Very convenient as located in the center of surfer paradise. The only drawback is the bed is too soft.

Stayed here for 6 nights in The 1 bed executive in the Allunga tower and loved it. The room and amenities were modern and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The exit to the shopping centre was on the 4th floor and was so convenient when needed. The beach views were fantastic, highly recommended.
