I liked nothing about this property. The loudest place I have ever stayed and staff seemed to not care about the screamng and shouting. The staff lied about fixing the air conditioning 2x. Room Service was like a fast food joint, plastic and food packets... If you do not mind staying up all night, this is the place for you.

My family (2x Daughters, 1x Wife) stayed for four nights in late October. The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel itself is Ok, but not amazing. The rooms are functional but the style is 'cold'. There are no draws, only space to hang clothes. There is one plug per room, we booked two rooms. The mini bar is Ok, they provide coffee machine tablets but no coffee machine. The bathroom floods, there are limited toiletries. It's an Ok 4* hotel, not ideal for a family in hindsight. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Bathroom did not have a counter very dark not sure why they would take up a large amount of space in the room for a massage chair best thing about the STRAF was the location

The location of the hotel can't be beat! We were 20 steps from the piazza. The hotel itself was so-so. It felt to me like they were trying for modern and just threw stuff together. Anyway, would i stay there again - probably not. The price was high and if I'm spending that kind of money i'll try a different hotel.

The hotel is a great location and the staff are really helpful and nice. That’s about it . The amount of dust from the suites we stayed in was absolutely ridiculous. The concept of a design hotel is great but the layout of the rooms give dust a lot of spaces to hide. It was suffocating the amount of dust was in the rooms. The washrooms were not functional / practical , they work but no vanity to rest your toiletries hot water was iffy and the floor was raised. We had to be moved cause the shower broke in our initial suite which hotel concierge got us upgraded to a huge suit which was great. But more space for more dust , same issue with the washroom, this time the tub was leaky and there was just loads of dirt stains and cracked tiles. The housekeeping in this hotel is horrible. Honesty the rating is just based on location and staff but to be honest they’re so many options in Milan I don’t think it’s worth it .

This hotel was in an amazing spot close to all sites… perfect location especially because we were only there for one day and one night. There is valet parking but we had a hard time getting to the hotel with our vehicle so we found an offsite parking on our own The hotel is amazing modern clean very beautiful

Great location and very stylish hotel. No lobby for tea/coffee break like other hotels. However there are so many bar and restaurants close to the hotel.

Great place to stay at if you want to be in heart of Milan , close to great shopping and attractions, very convenient to get to central train station , amazing staff and very friendly, we’ll for sure stay there again . We where there for Christmas and New Year’s Eve and it was very fun ,the hotel is just 1 minute walk to Christmas market and Duamo

The location of this hotel is amazing , you are about 1 minute walk to duamo, the staff are all amazing and helpful, we stayed there for New Year’s Eve and for sure we’ll stay in this hotel again ,hotel is about 7 minutes drive from Milan central station , and about 45 to 60 minutes drive from MXP airport .

“Minimalistic” hotel. Curious who thought this up. Can’t get closer to the Duomo than here.

First the positives , the staff was excellent , very helpful and accommodating. And the bed was very comfortable , the location next to the Duomo was excellent . The decor was a bit stark .Our first room was very dark , facing an internal courtyard of pipes and others rooms . No sunlight . We asked for a brighter room and the switched us right away to the front of the building which was better . The room itself was a cement block , all cement walls. The bed floated in the middle ,a desk was our headboard . No other furniture . The decor may have been chic and trendy ,but very bleak . The bathroom was all copper , floor to ceiling . Hard to tell if it was clean . The sink was small and the counter was knee high . Very difficult to use . The shower was good , but no shampoo or additional soap . When people are traveling for a long time ,they look forward to a comfortable room to come back to at the end of the day . This was not . Also ,room did not include breakfast ,and had to be ordered the night before if you wanted it . Strange . This type of hotel may appeal to some , but not to us .

Great location, inspiring architecture and design, beautiful property, only issue was the noise, our room was above the outdoor bar and noise from the duomo piazza and the bar made it hard to sleep till later

Perfect location, modern and sleek hotel, with great bar and Cafe.

Location is great! Staff are friendly! Room is quite dark so a bit harder to do make up etc. The bar out the front is very beautiful but busy, can’t hear it from the street which is great!

Location, Location, Location. Great Hotel. Outstanding Staff. For me, there really is nothing to complain about with this hotel. Maybe my thirf or fourth time snd im still very happy

The hotel Staff was horrible And there is no ventilation in the bathroom you can smell it all the time.

Pros—located right by Duomo. You won’t need public restrooms, just walk back to your room. Staff was accommodating and friendly.Cons—beds super hard, bathroom had no vanity counter. It’s very hard for women to put on makeup without a counter. Bathroom had a weird smell, that of sewage (like the toilet trap wasn’t sealing). Overall the stay was okay. The location is the real selling point. The ultra modern design isn’t comfortable at all. With everything painted black, you can really see when walls, etc have dirty spots on them.

Too industrial. Bathroom is not very functional for shaving or for putting on makeup. Too dark and no counter top.

WOW!! This was one of the best hotel stays of my travels! AMAZING location one half block from the Metro and the Duomo. Fantastic staff who were SO helpful... gave us free breakfast on arrival after an all-nite flight, for one example! Room was so modern and efficient. Modern amenities. Great breakfast with variety, and mimosas included! Happening bar for those who want it, with outside apertivo, in the afternoon. I could go on and except for some happening music fairly late (we like to get to bed early, it was on at 10 PM?) there is literally nothing not perfect about this hotel!
