The room was a bit dated. There was a musty smell in the room and kinda smelled of cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room. Good price for the location. Not the safest place for a solo female traveler.

AK (the manager) is amazing ! Very good Service! Transfer to the parks is a plus.

It was good overall. You get what you pay for. The bathroom ceiling started leaking water so we had to switch rooms but overall nice stay

The place its as good as it gets for the price of the stay, the bathrooms are definitely in need of a renovation cracked and stained bathtub and toilet, but overall it was OK,

Absolutely terrible experience. Rooms are oudated, dirty, the place felt unsafe, there was noise in the pool at 3am in the morning, and the staff was not accomodating at all. Seriously stay away from this place, it's better to pay a little more and have peace of mind, specially when you are traveling with little ones.

Room was very poorly maintained. Receptacles didn't work. Exhaust fans were missing covers and coated with dust and grime. Shower curtain rods were falling off of their hardware. Exterior door was not held shut by locks or latches.

This is one of the best hotels I've been to in the area! The front desk staff are all very kind and they get you checked in and out super quick. The rooms are always clean and its a nice environment. The pool is nice and the water in the shower gets super hot I love it. Ten out of ten would stay here again.

We stayed here because it is close to Disney World and the hotel has a shuttle to the parks you can book at check in for every day/park. The driver was so nice and friendly. He had great recommendations for the parks. We loved our rides with him to the parks and back. It made our stay with kids so much easier. Thank you!

It smelled bad and there was mold and roaches. I did not at all enjoy my stay. Be warned of extra fees as well. It’s definitely a last resort!

The senior staff lady was wonderful (sorry I didn’t take her name)
She checked us in past the end time and I’m grateful for that. Always smiling and friendly
I wish there were more for breakfast but hey it’s better than nothing
The staff cleaning the rooms need to do a better job other than that my stay was exceptional and I will stay again

I checked in super late after a day at Disney. The woman who checked us in was very kind and did everything as fast as she could cause she knew I got hurt at Disney and had two children.
The room was nice and cold, super clean. I will definitely be returning when we come back to Kissimmee

convenient location close to theme parks and not too far from airport. Room is on the smaller side, otherwise has all the basics as expected. Breakfast included, nice outdoor pool, and minimal disturb room service

It’s what you’d expect from a low price hotel. Front desk was kind of rude, tried to upcharge to check in an hour early despite that the hotel was mostly empty. Room smelled like weed. The Pool area was surprisingly clean.

I had a terrible unexpected event happen at home and found myself in a pinch. Needing somewhere to sagely sleep for a night. This is definitely a motel so my expectations were not high to begin with. I felt content with the staff and was very impressed with the quality of clean in my room. I was able to walk on the hotel floor without shoes on and not have unearthly things on the bottom of my feet. If I am ever in a pinch again, I would stay again.

I am satisfied with my stay in this hotel, however I would appreciate more breakfast options, like eggs or beacon. We found the room clean, but during our stay the periodiocity of cleaning it wasn´t that well to our perspective.

We had a bad experience in this Motel. We got welcome in the room with bed bugs, cockroach and insects and bad smell. There was AC leakage and ants. The bed sheets were dirty. Free breakfast was good. The pool was good. Parking is good. But the room was bad. We moved out after 1 night and lost 2 nights payment. They did not refund the unutilized 2 nights payments even though the fault was in their room. Also they did not refund 2 night service charge even though we did not use it. We lost almost $110 here. Overall bad experience.

The room was extremely dirty when checking in. The sink was dirty with hairs in it. The tub was black like they never clean it. The sheets were YELLLOWWWW! Not sure they even changed the sheets. It was BAD.

It was conveniently to all disney parks. There were several places to eat and shop. The staff were wonderful and went the extra mile. The pool was clean. I will stay there again

We enjoyed the transportation to the parks and the breakfast, staff was friendly. We arrved at night and check in was delayed took longer than we expected.

Positives - the gentleman driving us to and from Disney Parks each day was so lovely and extremely helpful. We didn’t request cleaning for our room but each day came back to clean towels and soaps on our bed. For the price you’re paying a simple breakfast and free transport to Disney is well worth it!
Negatives- lady who checked us in was not to friendly or helpful. Make sure to ask about the transport because she didn’t give us any information. Rooms are simple and outdated but in comparison to what your paying is relative.
