Very nice accommodation but their entire restaurant system is closed. Would not recommend staying there if breakfast, dinner or bar is part of your plan.

Very quiet and comfortable. Disappointed the restaurant is permanently closed but will stay here again because it's pleasant and close too family. Wish the in-room coffee was better!

No breakfast any kind. No restaurant on site. No refrigerator, No microwave.
The staff is reasonable but not helpful.

Very nice facility in a quiet location. Elegant room with comfortable bed. Only problem was front desk argued about providing the free bottle of wine mentioned in the booking and the lights in the bathroom required you to turn on the room lights first.

Unexpectedly no restaurant (or breakfast) available. Very basic experience for very overpriced hotel
Bed comfortable but room service left a lot to be corrected.. one small bath towel each per day, bathroom door didnt close, floor not clean, no grab rails in slippery shower.
Sense of a hotel in trouble and struggling despite pleasant manager doing his best

We chose this hotel for the breakfast but the restaurant closed for good on the day we stayed there.

I think it’s vitally important for the hotel to revise its profiles on travel and booking websites. There is NO restaurant on site- and that is often a hefty consideration for weary business travelers.

Very quiet generally as located within grounds of college and it was the holidays.
Room was a bit noisy over front door and sitting area where people talked loudly until late!.

When I looked at the pics online, I thought a bit spartan… but great little hotel. Friendly staff and almost walking distance from the cut little town of Andover. Nice stay!

Either the hvac system was very noisy or there is an animal in the attic above room 305. It kept me up most of the night.

It was beside Andover Philips Academy which would be convenient if you were visiting the school.

Friendly staff , easy check in and out, the only thing I don’t like is that they don’t follow their own rules about saving our planet earth . I don’t want to get changed the towels and sheets every day, but they do it even if you hang the towels and not place the card on your bed. They should really become more aware of it.

Very clean and gorgeous on the campus of a boarding school. Staff are very polite and full of spirit to assist visitors.

Great location and beautiful inn. Very nice property and suite had many alcoves and large windows making the living area bright and gorgeous. Very nice bed, shower and Samuel's Restaurant near concierge. Easy to walk to shops and library on Main Street.
