Stayed at this resort for four nights recently after our cruise. Wonderful facilities - enjoyed our stay very much Check in was slow and somewhat cold but apart from that our stay was excellent.

The Room Size and amenities were Amazing!! But they Kick You Out at 10AM!! Not a CHANCE for a late check out!!

The good: nice outdoor areas and pool. The deli and bar were nice and offered a variety of options.
The bad: the rooms are dated, and not the cleanest, specially the carpet in the bedroom, you can tell it’s old and has many marks. Even the door stopped functioning one evening and we had to get the keys reprogrammed. The worst part was that our room was adjacent to the playground area, and we could hear all the children screaming, not very relaxing. The insulation is bad. If that wasn’t enough there was a very bright light (to iluminate the playground area) that was right next to our bedroom window and illuminated the room at night making it hard to sleep. When we told the front desk they said there is nothing they could do about the light and sent two guys to just put black plastic bags taped to the window. Needless to say, not what I expected from Hilton. They never offered to change the room or check up if the repair worked, complete lack of follow up or care.

This is our 5th time staying in this property, we upgraded to a suite this time. Ground floor not ideal as we witnessed quite a few baby snakes!! Smart TVs also required and the kitchens need updating.. Great location for Vineland Outlets but the access gate was chained.

Parking situation much improved from our last visit when parking was horrible. This year issue seemed much better managed, even with ongoing construction. Access to the outlet mall through the gates should be controlled by room key across. Added phone contact delays access to/from the mall by guests.

The place is nice. It's next to the Vineland outlet and close to the Disney parks. The check in took longer than needed but the staff was friendly when it was our turn.

The property is very nice, it is a neat place to stay, well located, nice area.
I did not like the bed/mattreess, it was terrible, my wife had to sleep in the sofa bed, because she could not stand it, I had to sleep perpendicular to the normal position, because after a lot of use the mattress had a hole, which did not let you sleep. Technicians changed our mattress, and it was the same, very soft

Absolutely enjoyed this resort! Everything was great! Except having a room directly in front of the elevator, too noisy! After checking things over in the room the was some dark markings on the bed sheets, not sure if it was a shoe or boot print but clearly should not have been there. The person that made the bed should have seen it! Housekeeping sent new sheets up but expected me to change them, I am the guest and just arrived! He changed them but not without gripping! Other than that, I will definitely be returning to this resort, loved it!

Wifi could have been better. Need smart tvs . Coffee machines needs to be updated to kpods. Laundry machines needs updating as well. Our stay was pleasant. Staff is super nice. Pool side bar and food is good as well. Nice and clean. These are some the ideas that can be worked on in the future. We will definitely be back.
