I have stayed here before and they have had some work done to freshen it up. When I arrived the carpet area in reception was in the process of being replaced. The room was nice and comfy but lacked some basic things a business traveller would expect like ironing board and the room was hot and there was no AC or a fan which would have been useful. Good wifi, nice food in bar and smiles all round. I'd still stay here again

Clean and spacious room with a wide king size double bed, bathroom has recently been renovated, good breakfast, free car park On the other hand, pool is not as nice as shown on the pictures, would deserve some renovation

We needed a place to stay for the night before heading to DUB for our trip home. This hotel was in a great location - I had a car so shopping and restaurants were convenient to get to. The room we had was excellent for my family of 5 and was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was lovely, clean and very friendly staff. We had a connecting family room which our kids loved the extra space. The food was delicious! My son is very fussy eater and the waitress was very helpful and chef made him his dinner the way he likes it. We had a great stay and hope to go back again in the future.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, contributing to a very pleasant stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

It was good place for us to take a break. But the one thing i did not like was that we were asked to come down to get a jug of water!

Great stay. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovel. I would definitely recommend it and would go back. The family room was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

A nice hotel with the bonus of a health suite and pool. Evening meal was average but expensive and the cooked breakfast was delicious. The place could probably do with an update but overall it was good and I would definitely return although I would eat out for the evening meal in a nice restaurant as the price would be similar.

Our family of five loved this hotel! While it was outside of the city, public transport was easy and cheap. Our room has more than enough space for our family, it was clean and we had everything we needed. We added the breakfast to our stay and were not disappointed at all. The best part may have been the staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially the gentleman who helped us get transport to the airport for a very early morning flight. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel in the outskirts of Dublin. The restaurant on-site is outstanding with a varied menu and excellent service staff. Thanks to Robert, at the restaurant, for being top-notch. If you have a rental car, this is your place to stay.

Nicely appointed rooms. I arrived at 5am off a red eye from the US. We'd pre-agreed this early check-in-i paid for the room from the night before. They kindly let me have a 1pm check out so i could sleep. Very friendly staff at the restaurant at lunch. Downside-the grumpy receptionist who just unlocked the door at 5am and walked away leaving me to try to manage all my bags through the door. He then gave me someone else's room keys AFTER i showed him how my name was spelled. I'm going back later this week-same arrangement-let's see how it works out

pool and spa facilities were good, rooms were spacious and clean, staff were friendly, far enough out of dublin to enjoy peace and quiet and only 30 minutes on the local bus

Our stay at the hotel. Staff food friendliness etc was excellent. My stay as a disabled person was not. The disabled access room was last on the corridor. This is a regular occurrence at hotels. If you are not bringing you scooter due to flight restrictions etc the length you walk can be critical to the success. There was no disabled / family changing at the pool. Limited seating and although direct access through staff entrance would have greatly reduced the walk and risk of slipping it was not offered. I was in the changing room over a hr between entry and going into the pool. That was the exhaustion of the walk and change. No one came to see if I was ok. When I did arrive the chair I asked for near the entrance hadn’t been put there and another walk was needed to ask again. This is not the staff fault it is a higher level need but I am finding it is common in many hotels. Privacy to change is important to people with personal disabilities. Walking aids are another that would make life easier. It was a lovely hotel with excellent staff service.
