Very disappointed. We choose this motel because it said it had a hot tub. It apparently wasn't working. Not sure I would go back again..

Everything outside and in the lobby looked brand new - and the location was in an area of new hotels and a new restaurant. Once in our room, the bathroom was a giveaway that this wasn’t a new hotel but had been renovated. It was still a nice hotel stay, really convenient to the freeway and a great local restaurant, Capones. Overall, we’d stayed there again.

Furniture was worn, bed was not comfortable, I had a Deluxe King room and if it had updated furniture I would have considered it Deluxe. Bathtub had messy cocking and a red ring under the cocking. Was kind of gross to use the shower/tub so I was unable to have a shower.

I stay here whenever im in the area. The staff are always very friendly. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. They accept my dog with no extra charges and plenty of pet roaming area. Food options are relatively close by. Easy access to the interstate.

Older motel looks like--bed was so so--room overall was fairly clean except bathroom--shower was moldy around the floor edge inside the shower--sink was moldy and yucky around the edges--plus I think they tried to charge me again for the room when I paid through Expedia

Welcoming and friendly staff greeted us when we arrived close to midnight. Hot breakfast or cereal and pastries were waiting for us in the morning. Breakfast area was clean and well kept. Coffee was delishish! Loved that they had half n half as well as coffee mate.
Room was clean and more than adequate. Bathroom was greeat size, tons of water pressure and hot water. Loved the Dove bath and body products, too.

I like to stay here when we travel to Colorado. Everyone is always nice and helpful. Beds are comfy. They take our pup and she has a large pet area to explore. The breakfast is good and motel is always clean.

Very soft beds! Large family suite room was perfect for our family! Breakfast was delicious and service was amazing! Will definitely be staying at this hotel on future trips.

Lobby is nice and front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. However, our room was dirty, damaged, and smelly. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, but overall this motel is very run down. We have stayed there many times over the last 10 years, as it is the stopping point on our drive from NM and MN, but I won’t be staying there anymore. It’s kind of a dump.

Breakfast was really good and the man in the kitchen was a genuinely kind man. As children came for breakfast..he helped them find cartoons to watch and personally went to each table to make sure we had what we needed. The woman checking us in the night before was also super friendly. It is a older hotel and there are a few places that needed an upgrade...however over all everything was very clean and nice!

Location is OK, but a bit isolated. Gas station on the other side of the parking lot, but no restaurant access without a drive to get there.
Room was clean on surfaces and hard surface floors. Carpet was not particularly well vacuumed. We were looking for the back of an earring after it fell onto the carpet and there was quite a bit of small stuff in the carpet that a good vacuum job could take care of. Near walls and objects on floor, e.g. furniture, the same problem. Staff need to really vacuum and not just do a quick once over.
Frig has a freezer section and does a good job of getting things cold. It is missing some of the wire retainers for the door, so keeping things there is difficult

We reserved 2 rooms with king beds. Were promised two rooms near each other. Instead got full size beds on different floors. Front desk staff were not at all accommodating. Facility is showing age.

I was next to a very loud family. I felt like the walls were paper thin. They were quiet by 10 pm, but i had to blast my tv to cover up the noise.

I paid for my whole stay before getting there. Once there they asked for a Credit Card for incidental. Which was given. Now, for 4 days straight. Said CC has been charged. Have talked to front desk where they said it’s not them charging the card. I have also called Hotels.com. Once I explained to them they said “let me call the hotel for you. Which I already told her I did. Was told the General Manager would be back Tuesday. But charges are still there even though we Checked Out Sunday morning! Not happy with this problem and my money still not put back in my account!
No help anywhere. Will be back on phone again in the morning.

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful he was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. My kids loved the pool. It was nice. It was so clean. We enjoyed an outdoor dinner on the patio as well. The breakfast attendant was just a joy as well. The one downside is, the inside of our room was not cleaned real well there was still other peoples hair in the shower. The floors were not cleaned and the counters were not cleaned than that. It was very nice.
