Everything was great from greeting on check in, breakfast, and checking out! Entire staff was friendly and helpful in every way!

The staff was nice and helpful. We appreciated the location and the amount of grass area for our dog. The only things we would improve upon are the breakfast (needs a better selection or variety) and the shower water pressure was way too high (never had this problem before - it was actually a bit painful for each of us).

Thie hotel was convenient and comfortable. Though, the decors of the room was minimalist, it had everything needed for our stay. The staff was helpful and kind! Families could enjoy the pool or playing pool- lots of amenities!

I found a tiny bug (bed bug?) crawling on my husband’s pants right before we checked out. Looked at the bed platform and the sides had lots of hair, slough off skin, other tiny specks. Ewwws

Comfortable stay for both myself, and my cat & dog! My dog particularly enjoyed the tennis ball & treats that were gifted upon check in.

The front desk staff was Pleasant and helpful upon check in. The room was clean and fresh. All around a great hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, amenities were great, coffee,
Tea and hot chocolate 24hrs available, fire pit was very relaxing to sit by after a long drive, board games and pool table for family to play and unwind. Rooms were spotless and clean and comfortable.

The facility is very new and clean. Room is cramped. No coffee in room. TV was poorly integrated into hotel info system. Second shift attendant seemed reluctant to help with the tv. Room soap dispenser did not seem sanitary. Building very attractive on the outside.

We were so impressed by this hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean and from the front desk to the maids, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, and they even had a pool table in the lobby. If only all hotels had this great customer service, then I would travel more.
