I love your place. Mattress make me feel bad for my back. Was a king mattress. The breakfast is very good. Choices to breakfast are good.

We stayed at this hotel one night and got to experience not once, but twice what seems to be a lack of communication between the front office and the room attendant. While there is definitely a possibility for improvement on that front, the complimentary breakfast buffet was by far the best we have had in terms of quantity, quality and variety in similar hotel category. Also kudos to the breakfast service attendant for her courtesy and professionalism.

Great place to stay. Beautiful rooms, fairly quiet and plenty of restaurants nearby. However, I did not feel like going out for dinner and decided to try the in-house restaurant. My complaint is that the menus were only in french.

There’s a few restaurants around the hotel but it’s a fair amount away from Montreal
We took the 49 minute ride to Montreal and were able to get most of the day in before heading off to Quebec so all is n all

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Would definitely rent this property to friends and family, would also definitely stay here again.

Although the location is excellent and the staff friendly, the hotel itself is dated. My coffee machine did not work, the tub would not drain during my shower, mould in the shower as well. Very reasonable rate however when you compare other hotels.

This hotel is quite nice. The breakfast is amazing, eggs, bacon (which I don't eat), fried potatoes, breads, cereals, dried fruit and nuts (I have not seen in any other hotel), coffee, croisants, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, all sorts of sweet breads, really special breakfast. We stayed in a disability room, it had bars for the tub/shower but my wife was afraid to enter because of height of tub, I also noticed that the tub floor was not strongly no slip. Staff was friendly, helpful. The hotel is some distance from downtown, taking 20-60 minutes to reach depending on time of day. Overall, a nice hotel -- go for the breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only complaint would be the smell in the classic rooms. We had two rooms and both smelled fusty. Apart from that this was a lovely hotel andwe had a comfortable stay.

This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. We have stayed all over in 5star hotels, and this one blows them away. The staff, the ambiance, the rooms, the comfort of the beds…there isn’t one thing I can say that is negative about this hotel. I highly recommend 😊

The Rooms were very, old and Dingy.
The bed was old and musty. Everything was full of Dust Mites!! Pillows were very bad smelling and Musty.
Carpets were filthy!!

This Hotel is in Desperate need of a renovation!!

We have been staying at this property for several years and enjoy the spaciousness of the room, plenty of space to put away our clothes and belonging while staying several days.
One of the best in North America free breakfast- like being in Europe. Great location in Laval area with the metro station just a short drive from the Hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel. It is approximately 25 minutes to Montreal proper, but there is a bus that runs right outside the hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with extremely comfortable beds. The public areas of the hotel are pleasant, with an outdoor seating area and small pool. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with options for everyone. There was even gluten-free bread. The area around the hotel is a bit of urban sprawl, but it is within walking distance of many options for shopping and dining, including Centropolis. I highly recommend this comfortable, wonderful hotel!

The staff was very professional and pleasant. There was a minor problem with the tv but it was corrected with 30 minutes. There is a lovely buffet breakfast included with the rooms. The carpet in my 1st floor room should probably be replaced. I believe it had been cleaned, however, there was an odor in it.

We chose a hotel further from Montreal for the fantastic atmosphere and ambience that let us relax in a little bombay-inspired retreat. Wine in the study in front of a fire, take-out dinner on the tropical patio, and a luxe room in a hotel castle. Staycation heaven.
