The Italian Manager, Alessandro could not have been more helpful to us. He upgraded us to a pool view and ensured that every query was answered effectively. The food at this hotel (which is predominantly German) is absolutely first class. The standard of drinks is superb, inc the wine selection at dinner. The position of the hotel is right on the best beach in Fuerteventura. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel as soon as we are able. Asked if we could change rooms as we preferred a different view and the manager abd staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The entire staff were lovely throughout our stay.

Great place to stay highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Very clean and lovely, efficient staff. Just needs a refurbish as it is a bit tired. The beds were reasonably comfy but pillows not so good and we were delayed getting into our room. No big deal but a little disappointing. Worth noting there is very limited parking there. Food was very good and pretty varied. I enjoyed the entertainment which was a wide range of visiting acts. A frogman srubbed the bottom of the pool which i was well impressed with. Give it a try is the verdict.

This was a fantastic break for us, everything was great, if I really had to pick holes then it would be that when we arrived the room was not ready and we went back to the reception approximately 2hours later to be told it still was not ready and would be another hour as the cleaner was having something to eat. But all in all lovely place, great staff, good food, plenty to drink, basically everything you want from a holiday. I would suggest you book parking as soon as possible as there was only 7 spaces and they were all booked so had to park a considerable distance from the hotel and walk (or get a taxi). Hope some of this helps, we all said we would happily return there soon.

Really rude and arrogant Front of House staff, and some very offhand restaurant staff. Bar staff were great.

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff, the food, location and proximity to the beach were all amazing, the place was spotless too. The only issue I had was that the beds were a little hard

Lovely hotel can’t complain about anything except old fashioned entertainment at night Local beach allows nudity in all areas. I didn’t think this is appropriate when families were also on the beach

Hotel for everybody who likes to enjoy the holidays. Good food, nice swiming pool and only a two minute walk to the fantastic beach (other, bigger hotels have much longer walk or at least 50 steps of a staircase).

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The 1st time we had a pool-side room which was excellent. This time round we were given a room facing onto the main road which in itself was not a problem. what was the problem was there is a disco immediately across the main road from the hotel that is supposed to have a licence to play disco music until 2-00am but instead pounded out music until 4-30am in the morning with the vibrations coming up through the floor of the hotel and making it impossible to sleep.The hotel staff who are all really excellent, were reluctant to do anything saying it was a police matter and the police were not interested.It took the hotel 3 days of our 7 day stay to move us and other guest's to alternative rooms that came with thier own problems given the hotel was fully booked.We were there H/B and the Asst. Manager up-graded us to AI as a way of compensating us.As already said the staff are all excellent and friendly,the hotel building and grounds are clean and user friendly. The food is on the good side of mediocre with breakfast being the best meal of the day.The clients of the hotel are mainly elderly German which we knew and were fine with,though they do like to book thier sunbeds around the pool early in the morning.The Hotel is in a good area with excellent shopping and eating places and is very close to a long stretch of sandy beach.
