It was an amazing place. Service. Food. Staff. All helpful and thorough. The spa was wonderful. Reception and information/ activities called taxis and arranged shuttle to the airport. Couldn’t give them a higher review or I would have! A

Location on the beach

2x staying here and will always when in Mallorca. Breakfast A1 don’t book without it. Rooms good and sea view A1. Checkin was quick and easy. Friendly staff all around

We did like that this was an adults only property. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel itself. If we come back we would probably choose a different area of the island for something new. What we liked…The view from our balcony was spectacular. The room was very clean and loved the energy efficiency concepts. The pool area and lounge chairs were comfortable, but you should get your chairs before 11am or it may be difficult to find something. Activities were available daily plus nighttime entertainment. A majority of the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The gym space was really good as we used it daily. My husband used the sauna and enjoyed it. What we didn’t like…Although quantity wise, you have a wide variety of choices at both breakfast and dinner (buffet), the quality of the food was average at best. For some people that might be what they’re looking for, but for us, it’s more about quality than quantity. Truthfully, our best meal was a lunch we had outside of the hotel. The glass door that leads you from the pool to the beach was filthy each day. Fingerprints everywhere! It just looked gross. This surprised us as we saw how well they maintained the inside of the hotel and by the pool area. We also didn’t like you had to pay for the lounge chairs at the beach. That was not told to us upon check in either. Lastly, we woke up to a piece of the ceiling in the shower falling. We had to tell the front desk upon checkout. Ask about airport shuttle options.

Great place, great location, great food. Absolutely worth paying for food included, incredible buffets. Nice outside area with pool. A great spot to relax and do nothing for a few days

Excellant and beautiful property, would come again. Only inconvenience is the parking. Very small lot for guests and difficult to find street parking nearby, led to driving around for about 20 mins to find a spot that may be a bit of a walk.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely more of an older crowd but we didn’t mind it. Breakfast Buffett was delicious.

Another great stay. Many of the same faces as last year, always a good sign that this venue is well liked by staff and guests.

Beautiful location right on the beach. On the other side of the island from Palma so you definitely need a car, but the parking is a nightmare! We found that to be true on the entire island. The food was the usual European buffet options. The nightly shows were fun! The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property has undergone a full referbishment and looks great .Glad to see that the poor air conditioning has been replaced and is now very comfotable in the really hot nights Overhall a great place to spend your holidays. Could not ask for more Tommy /Carol

I loved my solo holiday

It was very nice stay

The staff, and food were good. The rooms and room furniture are outdated. And the coup de Grace was the Air Condition that was almost non-existent. It was very bad that you would sweat in your room. When we asked the staff at the reception, they said that it is not going to get cooler. We had originally booked 3 nights, but left after the second night since it was unbearable. The hotel declined to offer any credit or compensation for the unused night. Very disappointing.

Hotel & my room were great. Its right on the beach so the location was perfect. No hair conditioner so make sure to bring some if needed. Received an iron on request, pool bar & restaurant are affordable, loads of activities to take part in but make sure to book in advance as the places fill up. Wish there was information leaflets with everything going on in the hotel provided in the room on the first day or clear instructions on where to find more info. Also my massage was cancelled an hour before its time when i had the day planned around it & i would have expected some form of compensation for that especially that as a customer you would need to cancel at least 6hrs in advance otherwise you’d need to pay 50% of the fee. Otherwise all happy with our stay.
