We will be back! The beach is not a high priority for us, but a pool is necessary. Lots of privacy and great price.

The place it’s beautiful except that they only have very small restaurant only open from 8- till noon no stores around very far from the downtown

The villas are perfect for a family or group of friends, if you’re going to be there for a couple of days, maybe a 5 minute drive to downtown ixtapa, lots of food and great beaches, the property also has a pool next to the villas which is cool. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to save some money instead of getting an all inclusive hotels by the beach.

Overall this is a good value hotel within a 20 minute walking distance to the Ixtapa commercial zone, restaurants and beach. Upon check-in there were a few items I had to resolve with the staff: safe wasn’t open, no towels and 2 bathroom lights burnt out. They resolved them in a reasonable amount of time. The hotel is clean and rooms are clean. I found it was easy to find a pool chaise in the mornings and afternoons, but evenings were busy. What is missing at this hotel is mini fridges to keep drinks and water cold, and access to a small on-site concession to buy water and snacks. You have to walk 20 minutes to access these things or taxi for 60 pesos.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff. The only thing that needs to be adresses is the pool that requires a little love.

This is a great place to stay. Staff is superb, friendly, helpful, respectful and caring. I travel quite a bit and this is a place that I will go back to. Oh, the area was just as beautiful, lots of trees, lovely homes, clean, quiet and safe.

Located very quiet, nice residential area, a little distance to Ixtapa centre and Zihuatanejo but Taxi service was quick and reasonable price. All staffs were very pleasant and polite. I enjoyed well maintained pool. The room was very spacious and nice lay out. I would like to thank Jorge , Eric and Adriana for wonderful service.

Good architecture, horrible maintenance. Water heater kept turning off. Mildew on shower calk, spiders on walls, etc

I requested late check out from noon to One pm which was granted. At 12:05 somebody came to notify about time to check out, I explained previous request, at 12:35 pm the hotel manager called over the phone about checking out, it was explained one more time. The food at the restaurant was unappealing, got better food And services in Zihuatanejo.

Very beautiful place, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is you have to have a car or take a cab everywhere.

The stay was perfect. The location was great. It is in a nice quiet residential area.

I had different experiences in 2 rooms. First off, all the desk clerks & staff (except the breakfast waiter!) were extremely friendly & helpful. The 1st nite of a 5-nite stay was terribly disappointing. The king bed room on the ground floor smelled musty (maybe because the "garden" is just dirt), the bed and pillows were hard, the shower had no hot water & very little water pressure, the room was lit only with fluorescents, and the pull-down shades had a big gap in the middle. Didn't sleep well at all! The next day I requested a room change so my daughter could stay with me and was pleased with the switch to a main level room. (They didn't charge ne for the upgrade.) It was much more inviting, the queen beds were comfortable & it had hot water! The open air lobby, pool area and restaurant views were lovely, but the website listing is deceiving. There is NO internet access in the rooms, NO bar or lounge, and NO access to food or drink after breakfast ends at noon, and no map of the area. The breakfast waiter had a horrible attitude, almost angry demeanor and he was ungracious & unreceptive. It's an extremely limited menu selection & very poor quality food.  It's a short drive to the main road but the room price was great for that expensive area.

The stay was quit and relaxing. The pool was fabulous!!

Our room was immaculate, no internet in our room unless you stood right at the door the area around the pool had Internet, NO airport shuttle : ( the landscape and design of the hotel is very picturesque. The pool was a little cool which would be fine on very hot days.
