Our room was spacious and comfortable, service in the restaurant/bar area and cleaning staff was excellent but reception let the hotel down. Our extended booking couldn’t be found and we were locked out of our room four times.
The hotel is just two blocks from the Zócalo where there are bars, restaurants and shopping. Closer to the hotel there is taco bar and ice cream shop.

Cute place! The front desk staff didn't seem very interested in engaging with us or going out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, never asked us how we were doing. The beds were just okay, not great. The front door of our room has a door that is swollen so it wouldn't close without slamming it, and It was very very hard to open. The best part of the hotel was the the wonderful bartender, Gabriel. The location is great, and it's super quiet which is a giant bonus!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The cleanliness, the amaizing shower, the location, the food and the place is very cozy and in the heart of downtown and most places you want to visit are within walking distance. I will stay here again in the near future.

Excellent hotel in the heart of busy Oaxaca. A great location to explore the El Centro on foot, close to all the top dining. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some of the rooms, those which open onto the courtyard are not as quiet as they should be and the plumbing is iffy.

It’s a beautiful little hotel, I really liked that the main entrance doors are always locked! The staff is amazing! They’re so helpful and kind! Gabriel the bartender is the sweetest person! Would stay here again!

This cute property is just four short blocks from the centro. It’s rustic yet modern, clean, and safe, and the staff are extremely nice. Their drinks and food are delicious!

This hotel is in a great location near downtown at walking distance for a lot of great spots. The staff was phenomenal and always made us feel at home. We made friends with a few of them and we were sad when we had to leave. Our room was quaint and the AC unit worked perfectly. The beds are a little on the harder side but other than that we enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back again to this hotel in the near future.

It's a beuatiful property, well maintained and right at the center of the city. Great location! Wonderful, friendly stuff. The only drawback was that it was hard to communicate. Almost no one on the stuff spoke English

We love this hotel! This is our second time staying here and both times they have exceeded our expectations. From the friendly staff to the amazing drinks Gabriel made for us (the tamarindo and maracuya mezcalinas are 10/10). The room was exactly what we needed and the outdoor area was perfect at night. Overall we’ve had amazing experiences and would continue to stay here every time we visit Oaxaca.

The food is delicious, The location is fantastic. But better yet, Mr. Martin (GM) and his team provide the best service. They move heaven and earth in order to make sure your stay runs smoothly!

The staff were amazing. Loved hanging out in the courtyard. The rooms and public areas were very well kept. Only downside was the tent city outside the hotel but it was peaceful and didn't affect our stay. Definitely would recommend and will stay here again.

We loved our visit to the Sierra Casa de Azule. It is a lovey peaceful,quiet place to start and end your days enjoying Oaxaca City. The staff is warm and gracious. We love it there.

My fiancé and I loved this place. The vibe was very much boutique and had a special feel about it. The room was the perfect cozy size and the bathroom was nice. I never use hotel soaps and lotions and i really enjoyed the products they offered here. The top deck view was nice but it was pretty hot when we were there so we opted for the lower level lounging area that was shaded and cool. They had amazing food and drinks available. Its the perfect walking distance to the Zocalo, with many other food and drink places to enjoy. Our group of 10 was spread out around the zocalo for our stay and this hotel was by far our favorite compared to our friends.

We stayed here may 8-12. It was beautiful. Staff were amazing! Its a 5 minute walk to the main town. Its quiet and very safe. Its also surrounded by cafe, restaurants and shopping. Its more beautiful in person.
