The hotel itself was old, not visibly run down but just not renovated. The main issue was the cleanliness, there was dust along the corners, water glass was not cleaned etc. However, the majority of the staff was incredibly helpful and service minded so it more than made up for it, kudos to the staff! Location was great for me, near to the airport with buses 2 minutes away that goes to city in 20 minutes. Price for value is great and I would defintly come back. P.s I previously stayed at Ibis Airport Hotel just next doors for similar price. Would never go back to chosing the Ibis, Mandarina is much higher quality in every manner.

It was good but in essentials like body lotion was not available. Upon asking also they said lotion not available. All other things were good

Nice welcome by desk staff, room was small, but clean, good shower with two heads, punctual courtesy van to the airport.

AC was not working and it was not fixed when I complained

Basic Hotel with friendly staff. Old hairs on the wall of the bathroom, small bugs crawling around kettle, dusty under bed. Thin walls; can’t hear planes but can hear neighbours talking and using toilet as well as everybody using the corridor. Also noisy early in the morning. Loud shower wouldn’t stop dripping all night. Water temperature either scorching hot or cold, overhead shower completely broken.

The staff was helpful

It’s an ok place to stay near the airport. The management are a little aggressive and rude. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok, good for one night but not for longer stays.

Decent hotel in Luxemburg, very convenient for a quick overnight stay to be close to the airport. Good breakfast and comfortable bed, Would not recommend if you were visiting the city for longer, it’s quite a bit farther out than I thought. But it was perfect for a quick one day trip.

Could find the car entrance to the parking lot at first attempt due to construction site.

Restaurant/bar was closed on a Saturday and the place looked book. Not a great option considering the closes restaurant was a 1/2 kilometer away. The after 1600 front desk (old guy) looked at me like i had 3 heads when I asked for a bucket of ice. Then came back with 10 cubes in an ice cream bowl. The A/C didn’t work right and took till the middle of the night to cool down. Only good for 1 night stays.

Comfortable and clean room, breakfast was great. Hotel is location near the airport also providing free parking for the guests.

Its a rebranded campanile in poor condition, despite being 10 rooms away i could hear the lift all night, then at 6.30am a jack hammer started up. (I guess thats not really the hotel's fault but still)

The bathroom was amazing. The room was simple but good and the airconditioning was nice.

Nice and clean and great views

Upon check-in i was given a room that was not ready as no housekeeping was done since the last guest left. I was then provided with another room. This room also had issues as it was a trick to lock the room while leaving, the washbasin was draining as fast as it should and the shower head was clogged with limescale.
