The room was wonderful; it was a full one bedroom condo with a balcony that had a grill. Great view of the woods. We loved that it has a lot of entertainment: pool, hot tub, pickleball, basketball, games, recreation area with pool tables, and more! Nearby to our favorite attractions. We will definitely stay again!

Condo was very roomy, modern & clean!
Staff was very helpful—notified us as soon as room was available, provided us with helpful trout stocking schedule and list of restaurants, including ones that offered discounts. They were able to accommodate a later checkout request, and provided sound booking advice for future stays.

We stayed here two nights, the condo was perfect, it had everything that we needed. We used the outdoor grill both nights and enjoyed our meals in. The condo was clean, spacious, well designed, and the bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet, beautiful and we wished that we could've stayed longer!

Staff could be better and cleaning could be better. I left our unit cleaner than what they gave it to us, but it wasn't horrible just no attention to detail. Staff can be clueless and not the most helpful. The "general manager" who wears athletic leggings is absolutely worthless. She completely ignored us when trying to checkout and went to help people who were clearly BEHIND us, this is after we were already waiting for awhile. Also, staff gives you zero information about amentities.
Lastly, resorts that have late checkin(4pm) and early checkout (10am) is the worst. At least have common decency to do either a 3pm or 11am.

Beautiful area, it's quiet, wildlife was easy to spot. All around a beautiful place to stay longer than your scheduled life allows. I HIGHLY suggest you take advantage of this breathtaking area. Fireplace set the mood on chilly night, they have everything you need to cook a meal. Having a grill was fantastic, especially since we used it to stary our chicken for the fajitas we had for dinner. I have lots of pictures to share but for some reason the site won't allow me to attach them. 😒

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. It is approx 30 minutes from the ski lift. The rooms are spotless and the staff is friendly.

We love this place, the property is great. However, we were given an ADA room which wasn’t very comfortable for my tall husband or my bad back because everything was very low. You have to pay for the wifi which was interesting.

Beautiful property placed in a beautiful setting. We booked a one room suite for 3 nights; it had all the comforts of home. The suite was impeccably clean, very roomy, bed is comfortable, nice little gym, cannot say enough good things. There was a hiccup at check-in (which was my fault) and the staff went out of her way to help us. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

The time we spent was relaxing and the surrounding pines were beautiful. Nothing better than sitting in the jacuzzi and looking at the stars through the pine trees. Truely relaxing. A great get away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. Love the facilities just having to bring your clothes and buying what food we needed from local grocers. All in all everyone had a great time. We plan to go here next trip up to Pinetop.

We would stay here again. The room was clean with no issues. The couch was uncomfortable and no other comfortable searing in the living room. The fireplace was a nice touch to the room when it's cold outside. The property was very quiet. We look forward to spending a week in something like this again.

I was able to take my mother who is elderly up to Pinetop to see the fall leaves and basically get away for a short weekend trip. Worldmark is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the balcony was an extra nice touch as was the gas fireplace. I greatly appreciated the night staff who was able to take my call and accommodate us with a lower level room so my mother didn't have to climb stairs. I have nothing but great things to say about our two nights. I recommend without hesitation and would happily stay again.
