I was there for 14 days. I switched rooms after two days and when I went to the new room, they didn’t clean my room at all. They let me use my own supplies to clean my room. The TV didn’t work and they have a massive roach problem, and a bedbug problem. It’s sad when it’s the cheapest place to stay when you’re looking for a motel in Rancho.

It has a roach problem. The TVs don’t work. The plumbing sucks their housekeepers do not do their job. They had me clean in my own room. It was sad and they have a bedbug prowl.

The housekeeper done do their job on time or never show up. Bug problem and maintenance issues tvs barely work.

It’s always a leaking and bug problems. Don’t ever get my extra towels or blankets. And the bedding always looks dirty. It’s sad.

Front desk staff was very nice. Forgot her name, but she was able to switch our room immediately after we noticed it smelled like cigarettes non-smoking room. I did see a roach or two pop out from around the bathroom sink and counter.

HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING! IT WAS ROACH INFESTED, OUTLETS WERE BROKEN & SPARKING OUTTA THE WALL, NO SMOKE DETECTORS, NO SECURITY LOCK ON DOOR, BATHROOM DOOR WAS BROKEN, FELT VERY UNSECURE AND UNSAFE! IF I COULD ID WANT MY MONEY BACK WORST POSSIBLE STAY IVE EVER HAD!

Unclean housekeeping never came by. There was not phone in the room an I have a broken leg an I was on the 3rd floor an they have no elevator so I couldn’t go up an down the stairs that good… area was really bad a lot of homeless an drug users an a lot of prostitution at the hotel as well!

Our stay was acceptable, room was decent. The only complaint we have is the mold in the tub... apparently maid must have missed it a few times! Never the less, out stay was enjoyable and the staff was great. Nice little getaway 😁

It was not clean, there were flies in the room and cockroaches crawling around. The walls were dirty, the door lock had been broken and repaired poorly. The sliding door to the bathroom did not close all the way.

First time staying at this place and it was better than I expected because prior I had read the reviews and I tell you pls don’t listen to the negative reviews! My room smelled nice when I walked in. It was very clean. Safe and quiet place. I had a comfortable stay. Affordable price for the weekend! Customer service was 10/10. Super friendly with an affordable security deposit of $50. I liked that the TV had other streaming sites such as YouTube. Definitely would re book !

The room was in Sud Standard condition. Holes in the walls, dirty floors, missing and broken fixtures, torn curtains, broken tv

Room overlay of smoke...fridge smelled like vomit..cleaner across street used leaf blowers 3am ...could not shave...no light...avoid

They never came for house keeping they didint even bother to knock on the door to ask if I needed anything … it was a struggle to get clean towelsc

Staff was laid back an easy to get along with a made sure if I needed anything that they’d do what they can to make sure I got what I needed!

This place is no wear to stay. From the dirty run down rooms to the filthy pool to the drug dealing in the parking lot to the over whelming amount of domestic violence in the rooms next to us and outside, we didnt feel safe, i prayed gor the sun to rise do i could get my family out safe, tried calling the office but no one would answer and at 6 am when i felt safe to leave there was a sign on the door saying they were closed till 9 am, not even the staff could stay overnight to handle all that goes on there in the darkness …. I took pictures of our room and will be moving forward with the next steps, i fid get a refund for the night we didnt stay but should be refunded for the one we did hid out in the room for…Hotels.com really needs to drop this place from their website and Not promote it…it is a dangerous place to be at.

There must have been a party at the pool because there was a lot of garbage IN the pool. Random people approaching us and asking for things. We could hear people fighting in a room near us and banging things around. My son was uncomfortable so we left after only 2 hours

Dirty ,smelly very bad

Dirty and run-down. Lumpy and uncomfortable mattress. Dirty towel left on the floor when we checked in. There was a strong smell of stale cigarettes. The website said it was a three star place, but I would barely give it two! The only saving grace is that it is in a good location for other shops.

Our trip for the weekend was to the river. This Hotel, California Inn & Suites, Rancho Cordova, was located exactly where we needed. The staff was very nice and served with a smile. It's not a 5 star hotel but it was perfect for our trip. The cost was low and this attracts a certain type of people but it was quiet for our Friday and Saturday night stay. We would stay again if we are in town again.
