Excellent hotel to stay, very easy to get there from airport and to access highways. Best breakfast hands down. Awesome bistro/bar that has a great staff and tasty food, along with a full bar.

Best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel, and it was complimentary! Well-staffed, pleasant service. It is a little worn I think because of how popular it is, but very clean and convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Our second visit to this local hotel for a "staycation." The atmosphere from the exterior look, elegant lobby, good sized rooms, pool/sauna, and delicious breakfast made this a great choice for a local getaway! Staff is always so friendly!

Staff is wonderful and property is well maintained. Complimentary breakfast with eggs cooked to order expecting appreciated. Dinner and drinks in the “Bistro “ bar were great.

Pet friendly. Walked the dog across the street at Columbia Basin College. College not in session made it really easy to get the walk in.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and they are considerate. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I would stay here again.

very close to the airport for travelers, close to banks and other shopping. The room was very nice, we did wish they would have included a small table to eat at in the room.

Staff checked us in wasn’t really friendly and placed us right next to the elevators.. The noise negatively impacted our stay.. sad!!

Even though there was a hurricane at the destination, making a need to reschedule the flight, I could not be refunded for canceling my room reservation, so I had to pay full price for a room I did not use. I will NEVER make a hotel reservation through Orbitz again. The problem was not with the hotel, it was with Orbitz.

I reserved the room with the hot tub in it, but didn’t get it and that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel so it was a little disappointed. Everything else about the hotel was great. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was clean and everyone was polite. My coworker and I had dinner there and there was only one server working and she was amazing! She ran around and served everybody with no delay and she had an amazing smile and great personality and made everyone feel welcome, even though she was so extremely busy. Very nice, clean hotel

I had added a day to my reservation on expedia, front desk didn't find the reservation and initially, one of them didn't know what to do and the Other one was dismissive asking me to sort it out with expedia after I drove 6 hours.
manager intervened and fixed it. she was friendly and sorted things out.
