One of our three day stops, great location and well maintained.
It’s been our 4th stay in last 8 years, never disappointed.

Bathroom was really gross. Would not use shower it was orange and pink from mildew, etc. The toilet smelled disgustingly of urine. Only acceptable part was the beds were fine.

Employees were nice and worked efficiently but the room was not very clean. Blood on the blankets and mold in the AC unit. The shower still had the shampoo and soap from the guests before us. Used to stay here all the time and I'm not sure I will again.

The hotel is old and it shows, but the bed was super comfortable, the towels plush, and clean.

Made reservation that had a 48 hour cancellation. Saw horrible reviews online that the locks are broken, the place was crawling with bedbugs and homeless people sleep in the hallways. I called 22 hours after making reservation and cancelled and they will not refund my money. Called the hotel and hotels.com and told to numerous people, who blamed it on each other as to why I cannot be refunded. Talked to a supervisor at hotels.com who said he try to get me a refund and get back to me within 2-24 hours but 48 hours later, I still have not heard back from the supervisor and he has not answered my emails. A few people who I spoke with also booked a room there and ended up leaving because it was unsafe and gross and booked another room down the street. I will never use hotels.com again or a Quality Inn.

This hotel is older and could use some updates.
The room we had smelled VERY strongly of stale smoke, and the shower/water pressure was terrible. Besides that, not a terrible place.

Horrible, we didn’t stay and left due to one room having hair and black marks on sheets to another room with black bug on the sheet. Totally irritated and front desk clerk being unfazed by the issue, it ruined the remaining day of our trip in NH. It forced us to drive the 7+ hours home to arrive at 3:30 am

Great location to shops, restaurants, and adventures. Staff is friendly and the heated pool was wonderful. I would recommend the Quality Inn. We prefer the mountain view rooms which have been great in the past but unfortunately they were not available this trip.

Older motel that is conveniently located next to the outlets but needs updating.

We were put in the very last building next to the back door where staff hung out to smoke so forget about opening the windows and every time you opened the door. Fine if you are a smoker but we had kids so it was not pleasant. The room is outdated and it need of an update. The pool had chipped concrete at the bottom. Ok if you are only coming to sleep.

Main entrance doors is not secured all the time no lock
I felt unsafe on day one and got better later on

There is a swimming pool but did not use it
There is also laundry if you need it.
If you will only stay to sleep then it is a less expensive option

We enjoyed our brief stay. There were tables and chairs outside to relax at, and the complimentary breakfast station was a nice added touch.

Older facility but all very well maintained and clean. The location is excellent, outlet stores and restaurants all in walking distance. Breakfast was also very good.

Great option and great pricing. Facilities are outdated, no USB power in rooms, old-school cable tv, but clean and comfortable, and the price was very fair! I would stay here again when in the area without hesitation.

I won’t stay there again. The entire property needs to be rehabbed. The grass wasn’t cut. The rugs were dirty. The pool needs to be all redone broken pieces of cement, but the staff was excellent.

It was nice to be so close to shopping and very nice restaurants.
The place is old and needs a redo, old dirty carpets with stains. Was not impressed would not stay here again.

The pictures on line aren’t the real photos it’s fake advertising and the place was gross smelled like cat piss and had mold inside the ac I bought my own cleaning stuff just because it was gross! Never recommend this place

3rd floor - no elevator, toilet stained and not more than 12 inches off ground, tub stained, rotten molding and bed was very uncomfortable.

The front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating...However, the housekeeping in our section wasn't good...
We stayed for 6 nights, only wanting housekeeping to give us clean towels every day, by placing the used ones outside our door every morning...One day, we found none at our door , the next day half of what we ususally received...
The bed, sheets and bathroom were clean, but the wastebasket had mold in it, under the plastic bag...There were many dust webs in the top corners of the walls...
The microwave was ancient and rusty inside, but they replaced it for a much better one...
The continental breakfast was good and lots there...

Staff was not in the slightest bit friendly. Outlets in the room didn’t work so we had to charge electronics across the room (first world problems, but the outlets should work). The bed had some weird staining on the comforter. The TV remote wasn’t working unless we were standing in front of the TV, not sure what the point is of having a remote is if that’s the case.

Just needed a quick stop and rest hotel and this was perfect, bed was very comfortable and great flexible servicd that made it easy to checkin at 4am

Our bathroom was full of mold, dirt, scum. The sink was literally falling off the wall. It was partially granite so if it fell there would surely be injury to the person using it. The windows were filthy. The rug too. The only positive was a comfortable bed. When we complained to the management when we checked out, he said complain to Expedia. You paid through them. No apologies. Just rude behavior.

The property is very dated which I was okay with as long as it was clean. The beds were clean but the carpet, shower, shower curtain, curtains and areas around the room were not. There was a smell to the room and some cobwebs around the corners. The included breakfast was okay and good for our needs. All the workers were kind.
I was travelling with a small dog and was told there was a $20 pet fee which I was okay with since there should be additional cleaning with pets. I wasn't told that it was $20 per night per pet, I was glad to only have one dog with me.
The last night we stayed, there were people in the room above us and it was very noisy when it appeared that they were just walking normal. Overall it was an adequate stay but we likely wouldn't stay again.

Dated property, needs upgrades. Has old smell, old carpets and strong cleaner smell like Mr Clean. Bed had a plastic feeling mattress cover and bed and room felt damp. The toilet sits very low and I am not a tall person. Hotel is convenient if you want to shop at outlets. Applebees and DQ sandwich the building-convenient for dining. I had stayed last year and tried to avoid booking this year but I didn’t recognize from pictures on Expedia. The cost was not much different from much nicer places in same area. I’d have accepted the place if it hadn’t cost as much as it did.

Complimentary breakfast was a nice addition. They continually made sure all offerings were filled. Rooms were clean. I think more attention to cleaning staircases and halls should have a little more focus. It was a nice comfortable stay.

Our baby was crawling on the carping and his legs and hand turn all black. The carpet was really dirty and i don’t they cleaned it for while. Even my white sandals turned black. It felt sticky and wet when walking on them.

The TV in the room was broken, as well as one of the lamps. We reached out but heard nothing from the front desk, after leaving a message. The hallways were a bit dirty and the bathroom had a mildew odor. Otherwise it was unremarkable.
