We arrived and it was about 9 pm. The front desk person was on their phone and appeared less then enthusiastic about us arriving and him needing to help us. The room was very cold and it was very cold outside. We turned on the heat and instead it blew freezing cold air no matter what setting. But was too tired to try and get a new room. In the morning a new desk agent was there.. also on their phone and seemed annoyed i was talking to them. I let them know the room was freezing and they need to check the heater. And also the toilet barely flushes at all. He just said ok and didnt seem to care at all. So it was a cheaper room but i will pick a different hotel next time we pass through wyoming.

The guys at the desk were rude. Talking some foreign language to each other, that is not right in America. Speak english or go back to your country. Wasn't very friendly at all, it left me uncomfortable to be there. Room was good, clean too, but the bed and pillows are not comfortable. That's why you get a room, for a good nights sleep!!

Older hotel. Bathroom was ok but tiles chipped, heat light broken and missing. Breakfast was minimal w few items to choose from. Was ok for quick overnight stay but would choose to pay more for another hotel next time through Evenston.

It was OK for a night. The furniture in our room was shabby, but it was pet friendly. The breakfast had no fruit, juice, eggs, or anything other than those do-it-youself waffles so the first thing we did upon leaving was find a place to eat.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel location was very easy access to I80. The hotel elevator did have a very strange and unpleasent smell to it. Overall the the room was clean and surprisingly quiet for that close to I80.

The only issues we had was that the air conditioner didn’t work very well and sounded like a truck. The second is the pillows were so stuffed I ended up just sleeping on the bed with no pillow because it hurt my neck. It was clean, friendly and other than those two things everything was perfect.

Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Close to Tesla Supercharger. Pool was nice, but jacuzzi did not seem very clean. Breakfast room was way too small for the size of the hotel and number guests that are leaving in the morning. A bigger breakfast room would be a great improvement.

We were passing through on our way back home to California from a road trip through the Tetons and Yellowstone. It served it's purpose. The hotel overall is clean. It does need some updating but everything was working and clean which is the most important. The beds were okay. But like I said we were just passing through needing a place to sleep for the night. Continental breakfast was just that. Mostly carbs. Some fruit like apples and bananas, oranges would've been nice. OJ was out of order. They have a nice looking indoor poor but we didnt get to use it because we got there late and left early. Too tired! Anyway, I'd recommend it if you're just looking for a place to crash for the night. Nothing fancy. Go across the street to Hampton Inn for that.

This hotel is starting to look run down. No updates. I have stayed here several times over the pasy 7 years. The "free" continental breakfast was poor. On a busy weekend they ran out of items 2 hours before breakfast even ended. Not worth going down for. The bed was old and horribly beat down. Extremely hard.

There wasnt much to.this property other than its clean. I specifically got a smoking room cuz my wife smokes...no ash tray, the pillows were crap and very small the mattress was extremely old and the staff was anything but friendly the breakfast was probably the worst ive seen at a Wyndham hotel chain, this was one of the worst properties ive ever stayed at i will go to motel 6 before i stay there again

The only reason i didn't give this review an excellent all the way was because nieghbor rooms were loud until after 1 am. It won't stop me from staying there again. Chances of getting loud neighbors again are slim

This is definitely an older property with no updates. The outside door on the back of the property had a key lock but it didn’t work so anyone could come in without a key. The front desk was unfriendly at check in. When we tried tin check in early he rudely pointed to the sign and said “3:00”. Others asked for more clean towels and were told to go find housekeeping and for a nonsmoking property it smelled like stale smoke. We could hear the people above us moving around. Would not recommend this hotel.
