No one came to the lobby after numerous calls and bell ringing. We went to another hotel. The place looked dirty and run down.

Breakfast was good. Very friendly front desk staff. Room clean

Easy to find, large room. I messed up and accidentally reserved a smoking room by mistake and there weren’t any non-smoking rooms left. However Yvonne allowed me to look at the room to see if it would work before we totally booked. Definitely went above and beyond to accommodate us as best she could. Also had parking for our car and small trailer. Very helpful and friendly.

Could use some dirty clothes bags and property grounds could use some trash clean up.

That I got my money back

That my room got canceled on the day of my arrival. Then it looked like someone else was staying in the room. We had to get new sheets and make our own beds.

The first room, I refused as a result of all three pillows being stained color of yellow. The floor had food crumbs all over. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The manager however it’s a complete a different story.
