Hotel was great value and close to local bus terminus giving easy access to whole area

We enjoyed our stay in UNAHOTELS T Hotel Cagliari a lot! Hands down the best hotel in the city. It's a bit away from noisy port and marina (about 20 min walk, or 5 min drive), and it's a huge advantage. Very easily accessible by car, near major highways, so no need to drive through narrow medieval streets of port area. And FREE PARKING!! with unlimited 24h access and exit. Hotel itself is impeccably clean and amazingly well decorated. Great breakfast, too. Stuff deserved special mentioning.Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We had a chance to meet GM, Mr. Carmine Aiezza. He was very resourceful in helping us to feel very welcomed in the hotel. Great receptionists. One of them, Klaudia, had recommended restaurants and made few reservations for us. All those restaurants turned out to be a culinary experience of highest quality. Hotel's SPA is another great feature. Amazing bar, restaurant and outside lounge. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Excellent time. The bar was great and the service was fantastic. The morning breakfast spread was top notch.

I loved the friendly staff in the hotel. Everybody was very accommodating and made my fiancé and myself feel extremely welcome. In particular Claudia was fantastic and her knowledge was helpful to organise tours and activities. The staff were accommodating when upgrading room for us as we wanted our vacation to be special. The hotel was well located and there was an extensive bus network which made it very convenient to travel around the city. However I would say the breakfast buffet was poor. The selection was limited and the scrambled eggs were always served cold. The gym facilities were very basic and limited and I could not really see the need to even have one. In a 4 star hotel I was surprised to find out that you had to pay an additional fee to use the pool. The upgrade was also not free. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Cagliari

Lovely service from the staff and nice hotel! Amazing massage too and nice breakfast - it would be good for some more hot options for vegetarians maybe veggie sausages or something. The cleaning of the rooms was a bit poor, their was always hair in our room and bathroom that wasn’t ours and they never cleaned the mirrors. The bathrooms were a little mouldy on the tiles, so maybe just need a big deep clean but it didn’t ruin the stay, just be mindful of it. The restaurant food wasn’t very nice tbh, but the cocktails were yummy! Otherwise this was a really nice hotel and they were extremely helpful with all of our questions. I would recommend staying here even though it was 100% perfect!

Very tired hotel

Its a great property in the center of this city and is very well maintained. Service is very good and staff is friendly. On the negative side, they charge extra for things that should be available as standard in a hotel of this type: 5 Euros/night for kettle in the room? extra charges for omelettes etc. in breakfast? pool renamed as "spa" and charged on a per hour basis?? Overall, a pleasant experience, but could have been better with a little more transparency about pricing.

The food was very average and the price was far far too high. Then I was only told about local taxes at checkout. Why would this not be included in the price? It was an unpleasant surprise.

Beautiful place!

Terrible service at the front desk. Very rude. Called at 1:30 am because they accidentally double charged us and couldn’t wait until the morning to remedy. Took over 30 minutes to check us in and the front desk upgraded our room without consulting with us and charged extra.

Nice modern hotel. Good facilities but have to pay extra to use pool which is indoor. Comfortable rooms. Expensive for sardinia About 30 mins walk into centre.

Lovely property, staff super friendly. Plenty & lovely bfast. 30 minute walk into the main town. Local shops & supermarket few minutes walk. No outdoor pool. Lovely spa but you have to pay extra at every use & only 1.5 hour slots. Room was very hot ac was not working properly the bathroom has no ac at all, hence we had moscito bites on waking up every morning.

Nothing special with this hotel. Nice bar and friendly staff.

A perfect choice if you are driving to different beaches on the south side of Sardinia everyday and enjoy the city of Cagliari at the evenings (you still need to drive 10 minutes to city center). A high capacity free parking is available which was a real comfort. Breakfast was more than OK. Room was wise and comfortable. Facilities were mostly well taken care of. No negatives on the cleanliness side. Covid measeres were properly taken. Personnel was friendly all the time. Highly suggested.

Great place for proximity to airport

Very nice and modern hotel north of the city's historic center. We stayed in Cagliari for 2 nights before heading south and west to the beaches, and loved the luxury of the T Hotel.

Perfect city hotel, very good restaurant and bar, always stay here. Public areas very plush for Sardinia, great for business or holiday travellers.

The room was beautifully appointed, spacious and quiet. It was nice to have amenities such as Tea kettle, bathrobes and toiletries. The choice of materials and the color scheme , especially in the bathroom added to the enjoyment of our stay. Well worth the money.
