Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff!

Absolute beautiful hotel, with an amazing view while also a quick walk to town. All members of the staff were amazing! Mariana and Alessandro went above and beyond. Torna a Surriento!

Five star service and the view from the room and from the hotel is unbelievable

The service was impeccable. The view was amazing. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff was friendly and very responsive to our requests, the room was beautiful, clean, spacious and had breathtaking views of the coastline and sea. We had parking right on the hotel property. The onsite restaurant was top notch and breakfast was amazing. We were all very happy! Special thanks to Michele, Patrizia, Olga and Antonino!

Everything was perfecto!!! The staff incredible, the views the best we have ever seen, breathtaking, and rooms beautiful with amazing balcony view. The staff were the stand out, so helpful for places to eat and see, they also assisted us with our next stop Capri and gave us suggestions which were the best! They also minded some luggage until our return which was so amazingly helpful as we had too much and they could not help us enough next level amazing, highly recommend..thanks to Mariana and Liliana Francesco and Graziella and entire Belair team! WOW!!!

weather was fabulous for walking 20-25degs Lots of steps and hills. Food in hotel was good especially the breakfasts omelettes in particular. spotlessly clean, comfortable large bed, beautiful linens and great toiletries. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic views over the bay as you are high.up and there is a 15 mins walk downhill into town centre

Hotel Belair is right outside of center of Sorrento. We loved the room and views amazing! Breakfast needs some work. Cold pancakes and not a large enough selection of hot food.We had gotten in very late one night they were so helpful in bringing us room service at 2 am.

Hotel Belair was the perfect hotel. Right beside Marina Grande, the hotel offered a quiet, clean and relaxing atmosphere that we will most definitely return to.

This hotel is all about the view. The room was ok by European standards. The plans was understaffed, possibly because we were approaching the end of the season. The priciest of our several hotel stays, it was the least special. We had to chase down someone to serve us at the pool. The housekeeper did not replace shampoo etc or coffee. The bright spot was the dining room and staff there.

Hotel staff was polite but not personable. Not 5 star service. We had issues getting to the hotel, but they hotel couldn't do anything to help booking car services despite multiple asks. The rooms were small and decorations were not up to 5 star standard. The restauarnt was excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Belair. We chose an ocean view room with a balcony and it was breathtaking. The hotel is a bit dated perhaps, but to us that was part of its charm. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating during our stay. The restaurant eating area (also used for a spectacular complimentary buffet breakfast) overlooks the ocean and the Sorrento harbor, offering some of the best views in all of Sorrento. There is a small but inviting pool that gets plenty of morning sun. The walk into downtown Sorrento is a short 15 minutes and we really enjoyed that every day. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again in the future.

Beautiful hotel! High end experience. Amazing views. Good food. Loved the dining experience. Just a little disappointed with the pool service. Also ran out of towels.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service we were given was outstanding! We didn’t come across one individual who wasn’t kind and inviting. The hotel is well-maintained and extremely clean! It offers that genuine Italian feel and that’s the whole purpose of going to Italy. The breakfast buffet is excellent quality and delightful! The staff is very attentive to any of your needs. We sat on the balcony every morning, looking at the water, drinking our coffee and enjoying existing at this property. It’s a small walk to the city center, maybe 10 minutes. The walk is easy and safe. We did end up renting a scooter from the scooter shop that we passed on our first day of walking to the city center. We found this to be more accommodating for us. Our dinner reservations were on the other side of Sorrento. The hotel offers a gated parking area where your scooter is kept safe through the night. We most definitely would stay here again! It’s a great hotel that’s not in the heart of the city center, but close enough to where you get to enjoy a more calm, relaxing atmosphere and a short walk to all of the tourist sites, restaurants, shopping, etc…

Friendly staff, fabulous views, comfortable rooms, easy access to local village but involved many, many steps which were slippery in the wet. The tiling surfaces around the entrance just off the car park we’re also slippery in the wet. All in all a super base for exploring Sorrento and the surrounding area with the calm of being a little out of the centre.

Hotel Belair is the hidden gem of Sorrento! It offers the best views of Sorrento, the sea and Mt. Vesuvius. The staff is super welcoming, excellent service, and very clean and confortable rooms. Loved having breakfast at their balcony and the pool just take your breath away. Everything is walking distance, and they even have a private staircase to the marina, where you can enjoy delicious sea food. Loved our stay and can’t wait to go back.

The staff at the Belair was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and extremely hard working. This was our second stay there and we will go again in the future.

The staff was friendly and the view from the hotel/room is amazing. However, we did not sleep well because of how noisy our room was and the bed could use an upgrade (was very hard.) You could consistently hear chairs scrapping across the floor and people talking, so we wore head phones/ear plugs. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and had a good time.

We loved the view of the sea and the town of Sorrento Bay, we loved our room and its size. The complimentary breakfast was of high-quality well-presented food with excellent service. The concierge was the most helpful in every way, particularly in arranging activities. Easy walking distance to Sorrento Center. Overall an amazing experience!
