Good location. An old hotel with acceptable beds and toilet. What frustrating me most is the super week shower water supply. It took me ages to finish a shower, its not fun when the weather is cold. I approached front desk for room change but it was fully booked. If you have a choice, do not live on the 4th floor.

Love this hotel!! Staff was super friendly and helped with information and also to leave our bags after check out so we could check out more of Modena. The rooms are clean and there’s plenty of dining option around the hotel. Plus, it’s in the center so it’s super convenient. There’s also a parking place 10 min walk away.

Property was walkable from train station and close to the center of town. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations to local restaurants. Clean room and in a quiet location.

This is a good value property in the heart of Modena. While not spacious the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections were good. Many super dining options nearby.

Excellent customer service from this well-located hotel. If you want to see Modena, this is a perfect location to do it from. The parking was a bit tight, but that's just due to the Old Town being built in the ages before cars 😊 The staff was super helpful for parking and taking care of the details so I could enjoy my stay. Would definitely go back.

The reception staff day and night where very helpful and friendly. Car parking was very convenient. Room was comfortable and very clean and quiet. Location is right in the center of town. Very convenient.

The hotel is located right in the center of town - everything is a short walk. The room was clean and well maintained and the staff was great - very personable and helpful. Highly recommend.

After booking this hotel, we were told it was closed (probably due to Covid) but they kindly upgraded us to a nearby hotel in the same group.
Everything was fine: quick smooth check-in, polite staff, clean room. We just stayed one night.

It was decent if you are shopping lin Modena then it’s very convenient. Rooms have changed since the 70s decor is out of date. Parking is 20 € in the hotels car park.

A perfect location, great for shopping and dining. Steps away from everything. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was very clean, and cool as well. Breakfast was available for 5 euro.

A lovely little hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Decor is a little dated but still really comfortable and clean. The hotel has a private car park nearby that you pay for, or you can self park for free in the public car park a few minutes away. The tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes walk away. We felt this hotel was good value for money.
