We only stayed one night, it was a comfortable stay. We required valet parking, however there was no one available to help us when we arrived which made checking-in more stressful than it needed to be - but when it was sorted it was good to know our car was safely parked nearby. The hotel has good amenities, clean comfortable room and breakfast was great.

The hotel was amazing but was disappointed with hotels.com cost. My colleagues used the site directly and paid half the price that I did. I always used hotels.com thinking I am getting a good price, apparently not. Very disappointed with hotels.com price.

Traditional hotel, overall a good experience but it is an old hotel, old rooms and outdated amenities. It feels more like a trendy hotel in the 90's

Dissapointed that info in room was different from realist - it suggested that level lounge was open on Friday till 12 midnight - it was note and no level facility was offered nor any alternative eg vouchers for bar - found this a disappointment and staff were very unsympathetic - if you book level you expect some service even at weekends - most unsatisfactory

The Meliá Brasil 21 was great, as always. My only minor complaint this time was about the pillows, which felt a little flat. Maybe it's time for replacement. Everything else was fine.

Rooms are sizeable and comfortable, with a nice view over the Television Tower in my case.

I stay often - mainly it’s a very nice hotel with good food, but there are three areas it is poor…
1. It’s often cold in Brasilia and the heating it totally inadequate. I stayed in late May and again in early July and the room was very uncomfortably cold
2. I find The smart TVs never work and can never tune into Netflix - maybe I’m unlucky with the room but I pay extra to get a deluxe room - only to find this problem
3. The wifi is not really good enough - it’s very intermittent

The service was outstanding; from the reception lady, the manager’s call to confirm everything was fine with check-in and to confirm there were no additional needs, to having details in the room related to my home country, including a personal message in the bathroom’s mirror. I noticed their desire to satisfy the customer and they work hard to achieve this. MUCHAS GRACIAS; MUITO OBRIGADA; Thank You so much!!! I wish you continued success!

Unfortunately they did not inform us of doing repairs to the hotel.
We had a room 512 on the 5th floor and at 8am on both Saturday and Sunday started the workmen which made enough noise to not let anyone enjoy a sleep in over the weekend.
I understand that work needs to be done but 8am on Saturday and Sunday is not really the most suitable time.

There are many towers and many employees and many services for guests... the problem is the hotel staff can not communicate between themselves, nor by mail nor by phone nor by physical presence...

Air conditioning was very weak. Room wasn't very clean. Otherwise, good hotel.

The service is great but 3 out of 7 days had issues with the elevator so I had to take 10 floors up and down, also the AC in the room didn't work very well and the water in the shower was always just about lukewarm. Otherwise location is very convenient and the breakfast buffet is pretty good though heavy on carbs. Also, the wifi worked well the first few days but then barely worked during my last few days.

Arrived 8AM from overseas flight. Only got room cleared for checkin at 6PM. Then was asked to checkout at noon sharp

This was a very good base for a week's work in Brasilia - well-located, comfortable. I had a mini-suite in Bloco B that made it feel a bit more like home. Great wifi, breakfast, okay gym.
