The hotel was being renovated. Room was beautiful. Comfy beds and wifi was gd. Breakfast was good with anll the availabke options. Only downside was this whole credit card only way to pay. I know most places are doing this but I find this very frustrating to only have one option to pay.

This was a nice place to stay at the only Dault was that they were still doing remodeling downstairs so sometimes during the day, it was a little loud other than that it was fine

I liked the rooms, really great ac and love the renovations of the bathroom as well

This was our 1st. Time at this hotel we were happy with our room. It was spotless! They are renovating and almost finished thats why i gave them a 4 stars for outside the building. When they're done im sure landscaping wilk be put in. Most of the renovations are off the lobby on the ground floor we didn't hear any noise. Extremely close to restaurants easy to walk to. The staff we met were very friendly...we will return.

Terrible

Our stay was great with the exception of the main floor area which is in the process of being renovated, it was a little messy and drywall dust in the dining area, on the tables and chairs. They were trying to keep it clean though! It will be very nice once it’s done!

Considering the construction in the property it very much comfortable

Breakfast was terrible no food 1 poor guy trying to do everything and couldn’t keep up with the volume of people. Need at least 2 people working.

The hotel was under construction but our room was renovated.

Had a wonderful stay at The Kitchener Inn and Suites. It was our home away from home for two days while we dropped off a son at Waterloo. Bed was very comfortable. Room could be kept very cold. Which we really appreciated as it was quite warm outside. Room was clean, bathroom clean. All newly renovated. Complimentary breakfast was very good as well. Exceeded expectations. Very very nice! No complaints!

Totally renovated, being changed to a Holiday Inn. Clean and fresh. Need to work out some bugs with breakfast buffet.

They are currently renovating this property, it’s a nice upgrade from previous visits. Staff was friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay

Internet issues!

The property itself is changing to a Holiday Inn. It is still under renovations but that is not the reason I gave this hotel an average star rating. We are a well travelled family and have been to a lot of hotels. I don’t normally write reviews about hotels, mostly do the reading! However I wanted to express my opinion about this one. Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was amazing and very helpful. She explained that they’re under renovations but that the rooms were fully renovated. When we entered our room we were very impressed but that slowly changed. The bathtub was so dirty, it still had soap scum on it, for a renovated room, I don’t think they changed the tubs. The curtain was filthy too. The new wall paper was already peeling at some spots. There was a big hole on the top of the wall they covered halfway with some sort of metal plate right next to our bed even though it didn’t bother us, it still looked dirty. We ended up going back downstairs and asking for another room. They gave us a studio king and that one was much better. She did explain that 2 queen rooms are usually for families, that’s why they have bathtubs, all other rooms have walk in showers. Breakfast area was ok, not much for choices but it’s free! They had maple syrup for waffles, I think there was more syrup on the counter than the bottle! They should have at least 2 people working the area. In my opinion they should also do a thorough cleaning of every room and area.

It was amazingly. Very clean, friendly staff excellent breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. And would return.

Although the bed was very comfortable, i was surprised that there was no grab bars in the shower inside or outside for safety, and also no bath mat . We did have to get more towels, wish there were there and bigger ones too. I will most likely be back. The breakfast was a pretty good variety but cold ,which i told the kitchen attendant.

very rude and careless , oneday i ask them some drinking water they told me take it from toilet and drink that was a lady , she was in night shift,also if we try to call reception that was engage at all time means somebody take out the phone reveiver and sleeping ,there was no safe .

It’s under construction so my review is lower because of it other than that it’s very nice and comfortable!

Great staff! Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which are well designed. Really liked the light up mirror in the bathroom. Only complaint is lack of hooks, towel bar, shower bar in the bathroom.

Even though they are currently going through a face lift in the lobby area it was a clean environment. The staff was friendly and great. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. I would recommend staying here. I can’t wait to see how the lobby looks once they are finished it.

Nicely renovated

Construction was an issue. Had to walk outside in rain to get to breeakfast and this was not noted at time of booking

Nice, clean property. Rooms were nicely renovated and beds super comfortable. Breakfast options were limited. Breakfast could definitely be better!
