The view from the window was spectacular, an elevated view of the ocean with the hills in the distance. It was comfortable and clean with a good amount of space. A nice little tea and coffee table with space in the room made making a warm drink easy and pleasant

We were unsure if the mini bar fridge in the closet was actually working properly or not. Something we left in there overnight didn't smell great the next morning. Far from the end of the world, still a great room.

Lack of welcome. The property was not staffed, I saw no-one until just as I was leaving. Bit of traffic noise. Midges! The outside seats were damp from cushions being left out.

High standard, not too far from Town. Beautiful view.

The lack of a roadside made it difficult walk to the town.

It was a lovely quiet spot with amazing views. The room was immaculate. It was room only, but there was tea/ coffee, snacks, towels, toiletries, tv, Wi-Fi. Taxi from centre to Ardlair was only £5.50. We would definitely book again. Thanks Ayesha! So glad we stayed.

I'll just copy-paste the review I left on Google Maps yesterday :) The house is very quiet, set above road level, with fantastic views over Loch Broom. The rooms and bathrooms are refurbished, spacious, spotlessly clean and smell very nice. The beds are large and comfortable. Breakfast is not included; however, cookies, cereal bars, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, as well as a kettle, dishes and a small fridge are provided. There is an exhaustive list of local restaurants in every room, as well, and Tesco is 5 minutes away by car. Ayesha is very kind and helpful, always available for enquiries, and will give you a lot of privacy and space. I could not have chosen a better place for my 6-night stay in Ullapool. I will return soon.
