The Continental breakfast was good. Beds comfortable to sleep well.

Front desk, Mr Rhani (Ronnie, not sure of spelling) is patient with reservations, delivered coffee, waffles, efficient, professional, friendly service. Mr Dash was helpful too. We recommend Quality Inn Lake Elsinore to everyone. They will take good care of you.

Absolute worst motel we've ever stayed at. Total junk place. Bathroom floor was all wet, waste baskets were not emptied, TV didn't work properly, bed spread had cigarette burns (both beds) and torn sheets. I've heard of single and double ply toilet paper, but 1/2 ply! What a joke. They can't afford to stock good toilet paper? Towels had hair and other things on them, gross! This was not an affordable place to stay either. I want a refund or a credit for hotels.com. Hotels.com should not offer such a horrible place to stay. Don't they visit or monitor these places? Do they read reviews? This is 2024. Show some class and interest in these properties.

The Tv had a line going through it, and 6 bright spots, hair dryer did not work. But otherwise ok

Not happy with the cigarette smell especially with a baby. Shower was clogged. Kids up all night upstairs. No breakfast served as well. Never stay here again

This place is super sketchy. We checked in late at 10 pm. Guys hanging out on balcony, people sleeping in vehicle, just felt very unsafe. Sign that said NO REFUNDS 10 minutes after check in. Never seen that. Checked our first room -stunk. Got another room. I had my own blanket and pillow and tried not to touch anything. Threadbare towels -stained. Appeared a prostitute was checking in after us.

They had a 10 min refund policy stated on there window at check in. Went up to my room and noticed my door wouldn't lock. It was very hot and smelled musty. Went back down stairs and tried to get a refund and couldn't get one. Then had hotels.com call them and request a refund and they stated after three attempts they could not get the manager to approve. Area is shady and do not recommend staying here.

Average price, average stay, average breakfast. Nothing great. You definitely pay for what you get. Only true negative was arriving to the hotel room at 10pm and the AC was off, it was 97 degrees in there. Took about two hours to get the room cool enough to go to sleep. Pool was not safe for swimming or use by kids.

Location was near the ball field an drop zone .
Towels service was very limited. Stayed a week an had to ask 3 different times for clean towels. The people running the place were really nice.

This is a VERY comfortable room. Well designed accessible room. The bathroom is huge, with a roll-in shower (including a sturdy built-in shower bench
My room is quiet, the queen bed is comfortable (with four pillows), and there is a refrigerator and microwave. A simple. breakfast waffles, 2 kinds of cereal, and two kinds of juice, is offered from 6-9 a.m.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
There are no attrCtions or businesses within walking distance, but the motel has easy-on/off access to I-15.
I stay in motels about 40+ nights a year, and I highly recommend this motel to travelers looking for a restful and relaxing room.....all offered at a great affordable nightly rate.

There was a few cockroaches sheets on one bed did not look clean and asked staff to provide more clean towels and that was not done.

Felt like I was at a clean motel6 I was scared the whole night. When a huge roach walked across the room at 0830 in a he morning I packed my stuff and left. Good thing I only needed a place to sleep that night.

I liked Everything about the Quality Inn in Lake Elsinore except when on the ground floor one can hear people walking around upstairs.That is the only thing I disliked.
The air conditioning was outstanding and easy to operate. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at with an excellent air conditioning system. Water easily went from cold to hot. Nice little refrigerator and TV as well. I highly recommend it but request a upstairs room.

Room was aged. Bathroom outlet did not work. Bathtub/shower was not completely clean. Ice machine out of order - vending machine out of order. Noisy location. Small parking area. Breakfast was very simple - terrible juice. Bed was comfortable. If you are just looking for a place to sleep with very few amenities, this could be recommended.

The parking spots are very tight and difficult. The ice machine is inaccessible without assistance from the desk and I had to leave really early for work, so not very convenient. I felt overly watched by staff, several times I was asked for info I like to avoid giving out while traveling solo like my room number, or schedule or what Im doing here, in front of other guests was not cool. It seems like innocent questions but its simply not safe for my information to be public knowledge.

Well besides having 2 cold showers in 2 days it was nice. They gave me a different room. Overall stay was good and cheap.

Friendly staff but The carpet was not very clean. The beds were lumpy and the surrounding area is noisy. The location is convenient. There was not much for breakfast. Some days no yogurt only waffles and coffee ran out.

Didn't like the type of people that stayed there. Loid, noisy and people arguing, fighting, woman screaming. I called front desk and complained. Took a long time for quiet till police finally showed up. My toilet was over flowing around 5:30 pm. Called front desk and they no kind of maintenance to assist. Instead the office brouhgt me a plunger!

First room smelled like cigarettes. I requested a non smoking room. Went to the front desk to request a change in room without issue. Second room was much better. The guy at the front desk was nice.
