Absolutely terrible service. The front desk charged me twice. Even when I pointed that out immediately, they refused to correct it.
The hotel is noisy. The hallways are messy. The rooms are not worth the price.

Let down by its staff. The staff was borderline rude and everyone at the reception was more focused on each other just chatting having fun instead of helping their guests. This was the same all three days. Rooms are ok but not great. Thin glass door into the bathroom is just bad in so many obvious ways. Unless you really hate privacy that is. Great location and nice bar area though.

Good place for short stay in Shoreditch.
Half of staff are friendly, but some of them are not professional. Can recommend if you’re shoreditch lover. But I wouldn’t come back again.

Room was a bit small, the ac was not very strong, the toilet required multiple flushes, and the shower draing was clogged. Customer service and the restaurant food was great.

The Hoxton, Shoreditch offers a stylish and welcoming stay in a prime location, with easy access to London via Old Street tube station. The bar and lobby areas are particularly charming, complemented by friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are well-equipped and the decor is lovely, but a few improvements could enhance the experience - brighter lighting around the clothing area and additional storage would be helpful, especially when sharing a twin room. Also, ensuring bathroom doors close properly for privacy would be a plus. Overall, it was a good stay, just shy of perfection.

I had a great stay at The Hoxton in Shoreditch. The hotel is stylish and comfortable, with a trendy design that fits perfectly with the vibe of the area. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Shoreditch's vibrant scene, surrounded by cool bars, restaurants, and street art.
One thing to note: the area can feel a bit sketchy late at night. I didn't feel unsafe, but it's something to be aware of if you're out after midnight.
Overall, I'd highly recommend The Hoxton for its great design, comfort, and prime location.

The hotel was clean, modern and in a perfect location. It was close to tube transportation and walkable to many bars and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at the Hoxton Shoreditch and would do it again!

Staff was so friendly and kind, really going above and beyond. We loved the tea and milk in the room and free boxed water at the front desk. The restaurant was great. Chic hotel, great location, would love to stay again. Rooms were small but this was expected. Stylish design and comfortable stay.

Staff were super helpful and pleasant. Our room was beautiful - we chose a view of the inner courtyard, which was nice and quiet. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous - we stopped there for a cocktail before heading out to dinner, but would definitely there next time - the menu looked delicious.

Rooms are not cleaned unless requested. I cut my foot on broken glass left at he side of my bed. The response from the hotel could have been better. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable, but that’s personal taste.

The location was out of the way but easy to access. Not touristy at all.
The staff was wonderful.
The room design wasn’t as comfortable as the other Hoxton I have stayed at but it was fine.

Wonderful building a couple of minutes from the tube station and bus stops. Nice and spacious rooms. Very helpful and polite staff. The girl at the reception who helped us during check-in was very professional and answered all our questions. Your security/bouncers were also very professionals and did everything with a nice smile. We loved your amazing rooftop bar. Thank you for everything. Hope to visit you again!

Spacious room for what was described as a cosy double. Quiet. Nice having the fridge with complimentary cold water and proper milk in it. Good, modern, clean bathroom with shower. Good vibes and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Always love the Hoxton hotels! Had a brilliant experience from check in to check out. The lovely person at reception gave us some water, made conversation and gave us a quiet room as we said it was a night away from the kids. Just lovely and thoughtful and genuinely everyone was pleasant! They always are at the Hoxton.

Incredible service and location is ideal! Only about 13 minute walk from Liverpool St and surrounded by incredible restaurants and bars. Nothing was too much for the staff. Would absolutely recommend and would return again soon.
