Great modern hotel. Nice restaurant for breakfast and great hotel bar serving great cocktails, really cheap. I was upgraded on arrival to a suite which was lovely. Brilliant location to get to the main square and shopping mall. The only negative was the air conditioning and the gym. The room was just too warm, even though there were 2 AC units in my suite, they literally blew out nothing. The gym was a tiny room, with 4 pieces of cardio (one of which was out of order) and a few free weights, plus it was really warm in there. As a big gym user, sadly this would put me off staying here again, everything else about this hotel I loved. Friendly staff too.

Clean room, good breakfast, near shopping and Old Town. Good price for the stay and if going by train to Krakow, very convenient.

Reception staff was helpful but not too friendly. Paid for an upgrade to have early check in and check out. Very convenient location.

Excellent location. Just beside the shopping mall and train station. Clean and quiet. The hotel arranged for me to stay in the room that is far away from the streets as i am a light sleeper and i had requested for it. Great service and i highly recommend the hotel for people visiting krakow!

Hotel was better than expected. Less than 5 minutes from train station by foot, and with a Starbucks and shopping center a few meters away. Old town a 5-10 minute walk. Very clean and well decorated rooms. Bed is very firm (which I prefer) but might be too firm for other travelers. Good air conditioning and sound proof. However I find it strange that a 5 star hotel does not provide hair conditioner and body lotion in the room. Only thing lacking is the restaurant - both for breakfast and dinner. At breakfast the bread rolls were hard and stale, and the bacon was either burnt or not cooked. Just a few types of fresh fruit. Had dinner once and the taste and quality was not good. Also expensive, so head out for dinner if you can.

Room was comfortable and sparkling clean. Free water bottles and a small cooler. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Great location, next to the mall Galeria Krakowska and train station. I recommend this hotel.

great hotel with a perfect location next to the main train station, everything was great apart that during my stay there was some sports event on the front of my window so there was no chance for long sleep

Easy check in, central area for shopping, walking and dining. Had a very comfortable stay. I wish there was laundry on site. Other than that, would recommend.

Hotel was clean all throughout and well maintained, Breakfast was amazing what they offered everything fresh and well stocked throughout the service,room was big and spacious so was the bed located next to krakow shopping centre and 10 minutes walk in to old krakow it’s reallyy well situated

This hotel is wonderfully located very near the main market center. Restaurants are plentiful and the food is excellent. This is a great hotel in a vibrant, clean, beautiful city

A fantastic hotel - we got upgraded to an apartment 🙏😊 and it was wonderfully spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location - a short walk to the Old Town and right by the train station.

The rooms look beautiful and there was a possibility to choose one with a bath and breakfast buffet had so many options. Highly recommend!

Our second time to visit this hotel as it is ideally located next to the train station and shopping centre. Within walking distance to the main square too. Food was very good. All round a great place to stay in Krakow

Decent hotel in great location. However, in terms of room comfort, especially bed, mattress, pillows, bedding was budget, not 4-star hotel. There are better value for money hotels in the area.

The hotel is located right next to Krakow central station, and next to Old Town, which come with its advantages and disadvantages. The location is very accessible but being close to the station and tram lines means that it can be noisy. Also, the hotel is pet friendly, which is great. However, we had to have our room changed because of the strange smell and noise. The staff were kind enough to change our room when we expressed our issues. The “gym” is actually very small with a few cardio machines and a dumbbell rack. The sauna is quite decent though.

What can I say, this is a luxury hotel and offers a luxurious stay. Everything was perfect. It isn't the normal type of location I would usually stay in, I prefer traditional, but no complaints at all. Definitely felt pampered and loved all the little extras in the room. The staff were very friendly too. The location could not be better. Close to the town centre, right next door to the shopping centre and train station. Wonderful hotel and stay. The staff very kindly looked after my bags till check in, which was very kind and helpful.

Nice hotel. Good service but can improve. Breakfast very expensive vs what it is, limited cooked breakfast that’s often dry and not fresh. Nice touches removed from rooms like beauty product, sewing kits, toothpicks etc and cheap toilet paper
