First room smelled of smoke. They gave us a new room that was better. Didn’t like that fact that the lights were motion detectors so when I had to get up very early for the bathroom the light woke my husband up since it was a very bright hall light. Breakfast I had to ask for more of the “hot” food. Overall was fine for a one night stay. Would probably not stay here again.

Run down and dirty

The only reason I’m not giving this property one star is because the bed was comfortable. The lobby smelled like marijuana, the overall condition of the property was subpar with dripping faucets, cracked sinks and broken lampshades and the breakfast buffet was the worst I’ve seen. We won’t be back.

Stayed sept 6..mattress wasnt bad but looked like it was 30 yrs old...no remote for tv..breakfast just had cereal n eggs..if u need a cheap stay this is it..hitel could use some upgrading

You had to change your linens yourself had to ask for room to be cleaned Breakfast was inconsistent every day one day they had a hot breakfast. The next day you barely had anything. Everything was pork quality. Constantly get the door fixed so they open the doors cause they wouldn’t work like they should.

Bed was disgusting. Dirty sheets. Mattress looked like it had mold. Tv was broken. The sink water smelt awful.

Property needs to be updated!! Room was dirty. No shower curtain, when asked at front desk about the shower curtain, staff handed my wife a rolled up one and told her to install it. NICE... Was a used, torn curtain. Bathroom was dirty. "Breakfast" was very limited to cereal, sausage, scrambled eggs, stale bagels and toast, expired muffins, coffee, orange juice and yogurt. This hotel needs an update badly. Was once probably a decent place. Half of second floor was tarped off for construction, but no movement or evidence or construction could be seen. Just not good overall. Many other places to stay in this area for simar money. Stayed here as it was close to the fair.

The room was dusty

Just run of the mill trucker hotel. Not a family place, could be nice if they would spend some money on housekeeping and maintenance. They have just let it fall into disrepair. Great location, just poorly managed and unkept.

Terrible experience - I wanted to leave after getting to our room. Dirty - drywall dust on the bathroom floor from a repair that had not happened in the recent month. Rented the room with king bed and pull out bed - no sheets in the room for pull out. Went to the front desk and was told that they didn't have pillows for the pull out beds. Our first rooms A/C didn't work was switched to an equally terrible room with the drywall dust. Was so glad to be out of there dirty lobby, terrible breakfast coffee. Gross!

Service was great

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Trash was left on nightstand upon check in and lots of reminisce in bathtub. Lots of construction going on.

The person at check in was immediately rude and I had my daughter there helping us with our bags and then he called our room and he was rude to my husband and the breakfast was terrible and the breakfast room smelled rotten and the tv remote didn’t work and there were no sheets for the pull out bed and the chair for the desk was broken

The bed was a good one. Tv worked, enough electrical outlets. Good breakfast.

The property is in partial renovation process so its hard to evaluate. Toilet seat doesn't include a lid, the towell rack was broken and there was no room darkening curtains so no privacy from the outside world. Just a set of shears. The curtain situation is definitely unacceptable.

Friendly staff

Dirt and debris under the bathroom sink, along with an old sponge. Dirty plastic fork on floor between the bed and nightstand. Very dirty windows and mirror. Mirror had liquid splatter down one side. Had family in another room nearby; same issue with their windows and mirrors. Beds and linens seemed fine, had a good night's sleep otherwise.

I checked in for a 5 night stay and checked out within the first 3 hours of being on the property. The room was disgusting! There were fresh white stain going up the curtains. The bed and sheets looked unwashed and we're starting to tear. There was toilet paper blocking the eye hole in the door and a lock was completely broken off. The soaps and shampoos in the bathroom were open and partially used. The shower was really dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. There was dirt and mold in the ice cube holder, microwave, and mini fridge. Cleanliness was overall extremely below par. I also never received a checkout skip, call/email from property manager, or the $150 deposit back!!!

We stayed one night and left, paying for another night to get out of our week reservation. As soon as we drove up there was a loud noise, possibly from the AC. The entrance carpet was filthy and old. The room was old, dirty, falling apart, dated, smelly and in disrepair. Found someone’s dirty sock, trash in random places and the bedside lamp was broken and dangling. The front desk attendant was easy to work with. The contract through hotels.com required us to pay for one night we weren’t staying there to refund the remaining nights. There was a broken down car in the parking lot for what looked like quite some time.

There was no note about $150 security deposit upon arrival so my account got over drawn that night. The attendant never told me if it was refundable or not. And only cared about payment right then and there. Also it says a non smoking hotel or rooms but our room smelled like smoke real bad to almost to a point where we slept in our truck. I wish I knew this before booking. And wish we could get a full refund for the service we weren’t even there for 24 hours just a pit stop before heading to a family event and we already drove 5 hours to get there.

Not a clean place at all. We was very disappointed with the room. AC did not work very well. TV remote did not. Stayed multiple days and room was not even cleaned so we did not get clean towels ect. We will not stay at this place again.

This property had such potential to be a first class facility, but they cheap out by not hiring people to maintain the cleanliness. The elevator is filthy because it's never cleaned. The room gets a light cleaning, but there was dried jelly (?) on the countertop and the couch had milky white stains all over it (I'll let your imagination figure out what that was). The pillows are small balls that are as uncomfortable as the mattress, the bathroom is huge, yet has no flat surface to set your clothes, towel, or toiletries on. And no convenient place to hang your towel to dry when done using it. And what's the aversion to placing some sort of nightlight in the bathroom? People are staying in a strange place and wake up in the middle of the night to use the facilities and have to turn on a bright light to find their way around. Front staff was not the most accommodating. If I wanted verification of room price or a receipt they told me to contact Expedia for that. It felt like they were mad that I didn't reserve on their website. Breakfast is below average for better hotels. Bland scrambled eggs, a handful of sausage that tastes like it was rewarmed for days. All your typical carb items (cereal, breads, muffins etc) were fine. Yogurt, apples and bananas were good. For your enjoyment, the dining room is decorated with wedding, Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Christmas decorations, all in one! A little attention to keep up the property could go a long way.

Absolutely disgusting there and when i complained about it i got zero accommodation

The check in process was horrible. The front desk staff struggled with the check in system. It was nearly 40 minutes waiting in line before we were checked in. The room type was not correct and when sleeping to the front desk staff we were told they would check into it and get back to us. The rooms were outdated. Some of the furniture honestly should just be thrown away, it was tattered and stained. The garbage can on the room looked as of it had never had been cleaned. The pool on a Friday night is only open until 8 and it's UNHEATED. For a group of 5 at the pool they allotted 2 towels. How is that even acceptable? The pool requires a combination to get in, when I went and asked the front desk responded with the code in a manner insinuating that it was common knowledge. Also, please note that they do charge a $150 incidental deposit!! At this location better gtfoh. Then you don't even get it back for 5-10 business days and when you complain about how it should be made more aware to the customers before booking, they just smirk. When I complained and stated I would never be back - the clerk was totally unphased by my comment. And it should be noted every single person in line had issues checking in. Never, ever again.

Nice, easy check-in with a spacious room. Pool area is clean. It’s close to the highway and shopping.

Easily the worst breakfast options in any Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in.

The room I was giving had a danger and broken mirrored closet slider that made the closet unusable. When went to check out there was no one there and I ended up throwing my cards in the paper envelope on a chair behind the desk. I called hours later to confirm they had me checked out so I was not charged a late check or that they never checked me out.

Bed was very hard and it overall just needs a good, get in the corners cleaning. Layout worked well for our family of 4 (2 teen boys) and wet sports equipment. Could have used more wash clothes and towels for a room that could sleep 6. Only had 2 wash clothes and 4 towels.

When we pulled up, the hotel looked like it was closed. The “curb appeal” was nonexistent. Our room left much to be desired. There was dried poop on the back of the toilet, hair in the corners of the bathroom, stains on the curtains, walls, carpeting and bedding. The reading lights by the bed were broken, and the closet door was not on the track stayed 2 nights only due to the convenience of the location to a funeral we were attending. If you have any other options, take them!! Run away from this hotel if you want clean rooms. We will not stay here ever again!!!
