Breakfast is not included. We did eat there, it was not good. There is a Cracker Barrel close by. Go there or pick another restaurant. Room was modern and nice.

As usual, the hotel does not disappoint. The room, lobby and grounds are immaculate, the suite style rooms are spacious and quiet, bathrooms are spotless and staff are polite and professional. Another perfect stay in Williamsburg!

Close and convenient to W&M College. Overall clean and friendly staff. There was no physical menu or QR code to scan for menu in the room for room service. I think this is a missed opportunity for the hotel to provide better service and make money. Signs on the perimeter of the property state, “the hotel is not responsible for any vehicle damage or theft.” I’m not sure if they’re actually necessary, because every driver should have their own car insurance to cover these unfortunate situations. I believe this sort of messaging only makes guests feel uneasy about their stay and makes them question their safety.

It was decent for one night. However, the shower in the bathroom is made from tile, so I think even if they clean it good it still kinda looks dirty because of the grout unfortunately. The staff was very friendly, so I was happy about that! But the room that we had had a very weird, muggy smell And we had the AC turned down to 65 and it felt like 75. Which I’m sure did not help with the mugginess, so maybe their AC needs a little work? Overall, it was just fine for one night, I probably wouldn’t go there again if it was for a longer amount of time. It also could’ve just been our room maybe all the room smell like that, that was just my experience, though and everything, though again, the staff was very friendly though.

Decent property, staff was friendly, my only issue was my bedding, something was on one of the pillows, I took it down to the front desk and they sent someone to change our entire bedding. Resolved quickly. Otherwise, great location, friendly staff.

Ive stayed here before And when it was less than others nearby I thought I'd stay again. Last night when I returned to the hotel after for the night there was a group of people who were acting up and upset. in the lobby The front desk was not responding to the over sized crowd of young people outside.a strong smell of pot smoking was everywhere even the elevator. This was a small family trip I didn't say any and just went back to our room figured that the night manager job When I came out this morning I found out my truck was keyed! This was a brand new vehicle for us. The staff member I told said that they are not responsible and theirs no camara for the parking lot only the lobby and hallway. This is very unreleasable response from your staff and a disappointment for holiday inn In Williamsburg. Don't stay here go to Marriott Where they do have security personnel and cameras.

Great location for W&M toir

Nice little place, plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenience store across the street. Helpful staff and the pool and property are well maintained.

Only stayed one night but excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Will definitely pick this hotel when returning to the area.

Great stay

The staff at this hotel were helpful throughout most of our stay. The rooms were immaculate and the convenient location close to major attractions. However, we were not told that the breakfast was a fee during check-in until we went for breakfast and they asked us to pay. Also, we did not have batteries in the TV remote. We notified the front desk clerk but had to go back to our room to get the remote.

Room was clean but for a higher end hotel the sink shouldnt be 75% stoppped up the light bulbs shouldnt be burned out and the wall paper shouldnt be peeling from the wall

Do not disturb button didn’t work in room.

Only negative was our do not disturb button was broken and they had no signs so we had to have maid service which we don’t like.

This was a safe hotel stay. The 2 issues we had that impacted our stay was, our AC unit leaked and has been leaking for a while because the room smelled like mold and both of our children got runny noses over night the first night, and are still congested today, 4 days later. We couldn't switch room because they were fully booked. We also booked late arrival and to have a crib and we called 2 days before and a few hours before arrival to confirm these option were ok, so we could prepare properly. We were told by 2 staff members that we were fine, and when we got there, we were told they didn’t have any cribs and we got the last room. I’m glad we at least got a room, we have an 8 month old and a 3 year old, that would’ve been horrible if it went south. My recommendation is, if you’re traveling far and won’t get there “normal” hours, don’t book here, it’s all up to chance. We only stayed long enough each day for breakfast and that was nice, they let me bring it up to our room so we wouldn’t have to wake the kids. Staff was friendly, even though communication prior to our arrival was false.

The hotel was clean, safe. The pool water didn’t appear to have been changed in sometime. The lighting in the pool was ok. The breakfast was pretty horrible. I usually book Hampton Inn and their coffee and breakfast is much better overall. The rooms were clean.

Room size was perfect. We did not feel crammed in the room like a lot of hotels with two doubles and a sleep sofa. Was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids!

Clean room and hotel Staff was very polite and professional

The main complaint is the in unit AC. It is incredibly loud. We tried switching rooms, but it was just as bad. We also overheard other guests making the same remarks. We had a king bed suit and had to sleep on the pullout couch in the main room. The pullout mattress is very bad, so you get to choose between a very loud room with an average hotel bed or a fairly quiet room(ignoring hallway traffic) with a thin and flimsy spring mattress. The breakfast is a $15 buffet with about the worst quality buffet food you can picture. If you’re okay with fake eggs, plastic waffles, and expired fruit, then you’re in for a treat.

We enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions based on what we observed The restaurant for the first two nights were excellent but Friday night out of tea and there was paper cooked inside my hamburger was refunded but not given any replacement. Second day came back to made beds third day beds not made. Only 3 towels and 3 cups in a suite with 5 people. Room was by elevator and ice machine so noise all night.
