Very clean everywhere, helpful and friendly staff, tv didn’t work in our assigned room, switched to different room and air conditioner was extremely loud, convenient location

It’s my second time going to this location and there is nothing bad to say about it

The property was nice, comfortable bed and nice room. There are no phones in the room and if you have a problem and you call with your cell phone you go to voicemail. The couple in the next room had a very loud and continuous argument the entire night. We went down and found the night person on site a couple times but he would only knock on their door and tell them to quiet down. We got almost no sleep so it was t a good stay at all

Comfortable beds with good amenities, breakfast was self service and enjoyable. very easy to travel to sequoia national park from.

I reserved a king room which was bigger and had a couch but was given a small two queen beds and when i told the guy in front he said sorry non available..

Parking was a bit scarce, some of the staff was just “ok”. Ray was beyond great and friendly though!

Very comfortable stay. Staff members are amazing. Will recommend to friends and family.

We had a very small problem with our window not closing . We weren’t the ones who opened it.

I got the handicap room by mistake and it was horrible. The scented plug used in the room to mask the urine odor was so strong it gave me severe headache. In the morning, the alarm went off blarringly jolted me out of sleep and the staff made no effort to inform residents why or what happened. The breakfast was not great. I took one bite and threw it out.

Commin area was dirty

There was a door between the rooms. The person in the next room was very loud listen to podcast all night long. My wife had to go to the front desk late at night to have them go to the room and have the people turn their TV down not a good night.

Would not recommend! The rooms are extremely small and dirty! The shower curtain was broken, the bathtub floor was soft and felt very unstable! The TV was taped together and walls were damaged. The hot tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and was full of cigarettes! Definitely over priced! Might as well have stayed in a motel 6!

I have never written a bad review of a hotel. We have stayed in some very, very budget hotels and do not have very high standards. lol. Having said that, I would not stay here again. Pool was closed for maintenance both days we were there. I understand that’s always a possibility, although I called two days before arriving to double check it would be open and was told it would be. It was not, which was highly disappointing. The hallways and stairways were sweltering hot, which made keeping our room cool tricky. They also had a horrible musky oder that apparently was trying to be masked by air fresheners placed all over. Carpets were extremely dirty. Again, we have very low standards, and even still I felt totally grossed out. Wallpaper was peeling and bubbling. Outside the hotel’s door were piles of dog poop from guests taking their pets out and not cleaning it up. It reeked!! The bathroom was the nicest part of our room. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. The prepared food at the breakfast was not very good, but there were plenty of other options. Like I said, I’m not picky about hotels. I also thought that with the Wyndham name we would be getting a nice hotel. If we had paid 1/2 price, I probably would have given this a 5 star review, but for what we paid and the condition of the property, this was not a nice hotel. Even at 1/2 the price, I would not stay here again.

the stay was nice but there did seem to be a lot of homeless people around the parking lot.

I am usually a reviewer reader and the reviews did not disappoint this time! The hotel was very clean, secure, and they had a filtered water bottle refill station. They also have coffee at all hours in the lobby and the breakfast was delicious. I was very impressed and pleased, I will return in the future.

Poor. Not what I expected from La Quinta. Didnt realise fridge was not on until morning when all drinks were warm ( switched off behind large tv unit).TV very hard to work out and no real choice. Ad thing on side of tv acreen kept coming up every 2 mins and couldnt get it to stop. No tea bags at breakfast or in room only had decaf. Family in room next to us were really noisy screeming and shouting. Complained at front desk was told hotel was fully booked so we couldnt change rooms. Front desk person came down and knocked on their door to askthem to quieten down. It lasted to about 10pm when it started again all night.they were Aisian by the sounds of it. Needless to say no sleep for me or my son. Not impressed. When i complained in the morning i was just told by the front desk man yhat hed pass it on!! Bit of a joke!

Overall experience was on par for an affordable LaQuinta however, the check in experience was terrible. I waited over 15 minutes at the front desk with no body there, when the apparent front desk agent walked in he was shirtless and had to go to the back to out on his uniform prior to helping me and 4 other guests check in.

Short stay with family but the property for the area and value was a great stay. Very clean and staff is very attentive and courteous. Convenient to restaurants and outlet shopping. Would stay here again.
