We had a nice clean room. Pool was very quiet zo we had the pool for ourselves. Breakfast was good We enjoyed the stay

The room was comfy, cool and clean.

The shampoo and conditioner containers were pretty much empty. Only 1 full sized towel for a family of 4 that booked a room with 2 queen beds. Check in person was not friendly. Breakfast host was not refilling empty breakfast items until asked and was not wiping tables down as guests left. Tables were left dirty. There was a line of guests waiting because items were out. A host should be tending the kitchen area looking to see what is almost out and refill before empty. Pool was not clean.

everything was bad I have never stayed at a holiday inn like this before the pool wasn’t open apparently it needed cleaned. the staff didn’t seem great. people in and out that apparently worked there.

Staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay there again. I, however, miss the waffle maker, which is no longer provided. Please bring it back. I would consider paying extra for it.

Staff was very helpful in canceling my reservation after I looked at the room and facilities.

There was hay floating in the pool and sauna. The room I had assigned was next to the public bathroom near reception and you could hear the toilets. I did not stay.
