The Pool was nice, the rooms were relatively clean, and it was close to shopping and Restaurants. Apple Annie’s restaurant is right next to it and has a good selection that is reasonably priced

The breakfast was not good. Bad in fact. I ended up eating a bagel. I tried to eat the eggs, the bacon, and a waffle. The waffle batter was too thin to cook correctly in the waffle maker. The eggs were gritty and kind of sour tasting. The bacon was super thin, rubbery, and dripping with grease. The air conditioning unit in my room had a really bad smell stuck in it. It was too hot not too run it, and air sanitizer I purchased to try and help didn’t eliminate it. The built in dispenser for the lotion was empty.

Friendly staff, good location. Rooms are tidy and clean, very good breakfast.

We came through last year but it was under renovation, this visit to the Sequoia's it was open. Very very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed in a king room, Great amenities shampoo conditioner and body wash are all of good quality, the lotion is from Bed bath and beyond. The pool area was clean although we didn't swim It was clean and fresh looking. Definitely recommend and will be making visits again on our way through. They have breakfast with eggs,bacon, sausage, waffles,cereal, juice and coffee and other treats. Oh they also give a 10% discount card for the restaurant Apple Annie's we went for dinner it was yummy, it is across the parking lot.

This is a new, clean motel right in the heart of Tulare. It has a large car park and rooms on three floors (ground, first and second). Tulare has the retail parks bunched together in the middle and the residential areas surround it and this hotel is right in the middle of it all so perfectly placed. Our room was 105, very close to the reception area with a car parking space outside. The room was big, clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There is a barn door affair that separates the bathroom area from the main room if required and the toilet and very modern walk in shower area are in a separate room just off the sink space. There is an iron and board as well as copious coffee supplies and a percolator machine. The aircon worked perfectly which was important as it was 100°F outside. My wife was delighted. We relaxed after some food and watched TV then had a great night's sleep. In the morning we had a big self serve American buffet breakfast in the communal dining room which has a covered patio area outside as well. Everything you needed was there from cooked food, pastries, yoghurts, fruit and the like in abundance. All in all it was the perfect last night of what had been a challenging road trip around California and just what we both needed.

On arrival we met the lady receptionist who went through the booking and explained about the $250 damage deposit they now insist on which will be returned to your card if there are no issues in 10 to 25 BUSINESS days so 2 to 5 weeks. I challenged this as I was unaware of a deposit being required. She explained that she had just returned from a vacation and the previous $100 deposit with a return in 3 to 5 calendar days had been changed. I explained my concern that I would be paying interest on the sum for up to 5 weeks while the hotel company would be earning interest on that sum for the same period. I said that as this was not as per the booking agreement if they couldn't resolve it I would be looking to cancel the booking. She said she understood and would call her manager. I said I would speak to my wife. When we returned she said that as this was a new policy and it was likely that the third party booking companies e.g. Booking.com might have been unaware they would only charge me the $100 deposit with e refund being made with 3 to 5 calendar days. Between us we trawled through the wording of the Booking.com confirmation and found the $100 deposit clause tucked away at the bottom so I will have a good look for that in the future. I have informed Booking.com We went ahead and checked in and we were both glad we did.

Very nice hotel! I tend to rate high all the places, but this place deserves its 5 stars 100%🌟 There are several factors: 1. It is very clean. I mean, it is spotless clean everywhere. 2. It is renovated. All the furniture and stuff were new and updated. 3. The people are very nice there. People at the front desk, people at the dining room were friendly and helpful. 4. Great location. It is very close to Sequoia and King Canyon parks. Plus, it is close to dining and gas station. 5. And last but not least, the price was very nice. For the clean and comfortable king bedroom with breakfast and parking included, we paid a little over a hundred dollars. Overall, I very highly recommend it!
